* In the final intermission of Chapter 1, the four heroes flourish their weapons in a somewhat goofy manner before tackling the stage. In Chapters 2 and EX, with Dominique's life at stake, [[LetsGetDangerous they look much more serious]] and StabTheSky together à la Three Musketeers.
* The ending of episode 2 results in the party learning from Dominique that the moon's forces are launching an invasion and the only hope would be to somehow reach the moon. The group is quickly losing hope but suddenly, "What a sad sight for these old eyes!" Out of nowhere teleports Zangetsu's allies from the first game to help!

[[labelnote:(How to get it)]](Get the Bad Ending of Episode 2 by not obtaining the Zanmatō.)[[/labelnote]] Zangetsu grimly decides to make one final run to the demon castle and finish Mephisto properly, even if it meant killing Dominique. Cue his allies from Curse 1 appearing, chastising him for trying to go it alone again, [[SwordOfPlotAdvancement giving him the Zanmatō anyway]], and joining him on the journey in place of his injured comrades.

** This immediately leads to another awesome moment in the next episode in which Alfred manages to design a special flying armor based on Hachi's armor!

* The TrueFinalBoss fight against Corrupted Zangetsu. This is awesome because of several reasons. First, while the player controls Miriam only, both Alfred and Gebel occasionally stand up and use their power to assist Miriam, giving the whole battle an especially epic feel of fighting together with friends, something that IGA has never done in any of the ''Castlevania'' series. Second, it has always been assumed that during the events of ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaIIIDraculasCurse'', Trevor Belmont fought Dracula with all his friends together instead of just taking one. While IGA can never remake ''[=CV3=]'' with that option, he actually made the team battle concept a reality in the Corrupted Zangetsu battle.
