Bokukko is now def-only

* {{Bokukko}}: Tron Miran, a member of Sault - it's through her actions that the Iron Gear eventually joins with Sault. She also beats Jiron in a fair fistfight - the beating she gives him is almost completely one-sided. [[spoiler: Sadly, she dies in her debut episode. Jiron keeps her WM-sized bazooka as a memento.]]

* AceCustom: Timp's "Government"-type Walker Machine seems to be the only one of its kind with missile launchers mounted on the forearms. He also replaces one of the forearms with a missile launcher... only for it to revert to being an arm ''[[OffModel in the very next scene]]''. This is recreated ''faithfully'' in ''VideoGame/SuperRobotWarsZ''.

Kill Em All was renamed Everybody Dies Ending due to misuse. Dewicking

* DenserAndWackier: In direct comparison to ''Anime/SpaceRunawayIdeon'', the work Tomino did right before this series. Although considering [[CosmicHorrorStory just what]] [[TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt happened in]] [[KillEmAll that series]], anything in Tomino's catalogue barring ''Anime/Zambot3'' (and possibly ''Anime/MobileSuitVictoryGundam'') would probably fall under this trope in comparison to ''Ideon''

** Rag - TheLancer [[ActionGirl cleverly disguised as]] TheChick.

Blue Is Heroic is being cleaned. Examples must show that they are heroic (ie. not just the protagonist or "is nice", must fight against evil), blueness must be consistent across character design, and have genuine associations with heroism (eg. can't be an example if all the heroes wear different colors, or the villain also wears blue). If an example is being removed, it does not meet the requirements as written

* BlueIsHeroic: The titular mecha is mainly blue.

* TheFilmOfTheSeries: Xabungle Graffiti was released 6 months after the series ended. Basically a ClipShow. While the show is a comedic take on serious mecha tropes, the movie ''really'' takes a hammer to the fourth wall - and has an improved ending: Instead of [[spoiler: Arthur dying and Elchi being permanently blind, Arthur fakes his death and Elchi's eyesight is restorable with Innocent technology.]]
** There are some minor changes throughout. Cotoset, and not Hoora, piloting the Xabungle in its first appearance sticks out, and Timp being directly responsible for Kyaring's death (which happened before the Sandrats met/joined the Iron Gear) are some of the bigger ones. Mostly dialogue changes otherwise.

* [[WhatHappenedToTheMouse What Happened To The Mouse?]]: Strangely, we never find out why Timp killed Jiron's parents, although he explicitly says it ''wasn't'' at the Innocents' request.
** Although given the three-day-rule, it's quite possible it was an extremely trivial reason in the first place, and Timp's simply trying to rile him up by being vague. Jiron himself seems to care to care more about avenging them to find out why, anyway.
*** Based on a few comments it's implied it was a simple robbery for Blue Stones (Jiron's father was a Stone miner) and nothing more.
