It eventually leads to Nobita deciding to use Doraemon's Evolution Light and Time Machine (''without'' Doraemon's permission) to sneak the strays the 300 million years ago, where Nobita accelerates their evolution and the {{uplifted animal}}s later forms their own kingdom of andromorphic cats and dogs.
