The title for the trope The Zenigata was switched with one of it's redirects, Inspector Zenigata, based on the decisions made in this Trope Repair Shop
discussion. The Discuss page from The Zenigata is copied here for reference.
Working Title: The Zenigata: From YKTTW
Adam850: Geez, this trope seems like it's splitting hairs. Seems too close to Javert.
samperi: They're essentially the same thing, the only difference is that a Zenigata is a bumbling idiot and a Javert is a serious threat. But I'd say a more significant problem is that the trope names are too damn obscure. Zenigata? Javert? Who has heard of either of those?
whatthehellninjacat: Pretty much everybody on the net (except you of course). Also, if you'd bothered to actually read the description you'll notise that Javert chases Wrongly accused heroes, while the Zenigata chances the real criminals.

I'm really hating this idea that EVERYBODY knows the names of certain characters and such (like people arguing about the picture of Neutral Evil, because apparently everybody watches Doctor Who).
Shadowtext: There's been discussion in the Trope Repair forum (here) about the trope, and I have updated the description in line with what was discussed there. I'm not used to putting changes into effect, so I hope I'm following proper procedure here.
