How is this different from Minions with an F in Evil or Punch Clockers?
Anonymous Mc Cartneyfan: A Half-Hearted Henchman doesn't have his heart in his job and lets it interfere with his job performance. A Minion with an F in Evil does good things unintentionally; he may want to be a villain, bad, but he gets clueless about what's evil. A Punchclock Villain may not have his heart in his job, but he can still be competent at villainy when he's at work; after all, that's what he's paid for.
