I work in forestry, and I swear I can do this on a steep slope covered with madrone leaves. Sometimes I trip and either turn into a whirling ball of pain or continue to slide down the slope, albeit on my ass. However- if a slope is steep, possibly damp, and you have boots with good ankle support, it's totally possible. I cannot yet fight off opponents while doing so.
