Pantheon / Celebration

Go To

Celebrate good times, come on (Let's celebrate).

A house that centers on celebrating all kinds of holidays in the world from Christmas and Halloween to Leif Erikson Day. They even celebrate holidays from other universes, planets and realities. Not only that, it also host birthdays of any members of the pantheon and any parties that people would want to do. Except for those types of parties.

The structure of this House is a bit different compare to others. While they still have personal temples for its members, it also has a gigantic mess hall that is use for any festivities the Pantheon would host. And because of its large size, it's been outfitted with automatic robots to help out for cleaning or decorating.

This Temple has close ties to the House of Food as it provides all its meals and refreshments. The same goes for Costumes which provides many outfits for certain parties.

Infamously, parties thrown by Bacchus are known to cause nearly everybody to not remember any activities the night before. And at least one case cause four members of the Pantheon to be stranded in another world from the Dominions.

Greater Gods

    Jack Skellington
Jack Skellington, The Personification of Halloween (The Pumpkin King, Captain Jack)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/JackSkellington_5486.png
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: His Black Bowtie
  • Theme Song: This is Halloween
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Good-Aligned Dark and Creepy Characters, Energetic Goths, Loves Hearing Screams Because It's His Job, Skeletal People, Kicking Butts In A Tuxedo, Horrible At Playing "Sandy Claws", Able To Use Elemental Magic, Big Smiles On His Face, Loving Creepy And Horrifying Things.
  • Domains: Curiosity, Holidays, Halloween.
  • Herald: Zero, his ghost dog
  • Allies: Sora, Donald, Goofy, Edward Scissorhands, Nicholas St. North, Princess Luna, Nathan Drake, James Henry Trotter, Coraline Jones, Gomez and Morticia Addams, Erma.
  • Enemies: Oogie Boogie, Pitch Black, Freddy Krueger, The Trollkaigers, Neyla, SCP-106
  • On Halloween, he performed a spectacular macabre performance that made the audience gasp in awe and in horror which also involved the use of Heartless who were going along just for the heck of it. Having this type of skill made the gods give Jack his own house...as long as he didn't try to take over any other holiday (ESPECIALLY Christmas).
    • Stays in his Temple working to make each Halloween better than the last, going to the House of Knowledge and Technology for research. He's also seen in the House of Craft, creating his own macabre creations.
  • Has an uneasy relationship with Nicholas St. North, especially when North found about the time Jack tried to take over Christmas. However, North respects Jack's determination and skills with the arcane and his use of magic spells.
  • Hates Pitch with the utmost passion because he wants to terrify people with nightmares because he can, while Jack only does it for the spirit of Halloween and isn't so mean-spirited about it. Freddy Krueger is likely the only being in existence Jack despises more than Oogie: scaring is okay, mean-spirited scaring is cruel, murder through the use of fear is UNFORGIVABLE.
    • Hates the Trollkaiger just as he does Freddy Krueger, due to the fact that they love to laugh at the despair they make which goes against his stance on scaring people for the love of Halloween. The last time the Trollkaigers tried to troll him, he created a truly scary Halloween prank back at them, showing why NO ONE messes with the Pumpkin King.
  • Tomoko Nozama squealed in absolute joy when she came and visited him and has decided to be his assistant regarding Halloween. He has also asked Oscar Diggs to supply him with fireworks and to teach him more about his stage magic tricks and also visits RL Stine, the Crypt Keeper and Rod Sterling for horrifying stories.
  • Princess Luna has decided to invite Jack to help out with her own festivities of Nightmare Night, because it's "fun being scared". Pinkie Pie agrees with that statement.
  • He once met Alice after a performance, and was interested to see her potential for necromancy. He tried to convince her demonic guardians, Belial and Nebiros to allow her free rein of her magic so she could help with his show, but was quickly convinced to drop the idea after being shown the devastation her shadow powers and her Night of the Living, Made of Explodium Mooks wrought the last time she was allowed to do so. She's still allowed to go watch his shows and cheer him on, as long as he's careful not to let her get too much into the act.
  • Has been seen in the House of Magic more than once, learning new ways to twist mundane spells into fantastical and confusing abilities so he can use them to show off as well as fight.
  • Took him a while to realize that Oogie was in the pantheon. Jack Skellington was livid. Fortunately, Oogie can't form any more memories due to a mishap of Maleficent's magic, which Jack finds as a fitting punishment.
    • When Jack learned that Neyla has taken advantage of Oogie's disability and manipulated him into her own bidding, he began a plan to stop her before more damage could be done.
  • Like with many others who've served as party members, if Jack is paired with Sora, the two can perform the Dance Call Limit Break. However, it's shown that Jack can perform Dance Call with others, though so far, he's only done this with Alice.
  • Back in 1996, Jack tried to recruit some undead pirates for his Halloween festivities, but they were mistaken as villains and defeated by a Centipede, a spider, and a crocodile tongue-transformed boy. He says he only attacked because they tried to steal a compass, and if they had just asked, he would be more than glad to give it to them. Jack is no longer in contact with the crew, out of disgust for what almost happened to Mr. Centipede.
    • Following James's ascension into the pantheon, Jack apologized for attacking Mr. Centipede and explained his side of the story. Jack and James are on good terms now.
  • Jack learned of "Project: Alternate Gentaro" and was angry—using someone's fears to put someone in despair is the worst crime you could do. He's already having his own investigations and believes that Pitch and Freddy Kruger—two gods he already hates—is somehow involved in this.
    • He's recruited the Mystery Gang and Dipper and Mabel Pines to help out with his plan. Little is known about it, other than Scooby Doo and Shaggy being dressed as eggplant.
  • Has a cordial relationship with Coraline Jones, with both having their movies made by Henry Selick.
  • Every Halloween, Jack has been seen interacting with a peculiar trick-or-treater wearing a burlap sack. When asked who it is, Jack simply smiles and refers to the child as "an old friend".

    Mad King Thorn
Oswald Thorn, Mad God of Halloween Events (Mad King Thorn)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/madkingthornp.jpg
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A candy corn.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: More Interested In Playing With The Playerbase Than Terrorizing Them, The Caligula, Disproportionate Retribution if you don't play along with his game, Evil Has a Bad Sense of Humor, Large Ham, Laughably Evil, Enjoys Simon Sa-Sorry, Mad King Says, Stock Shticks
  • Domains: Holiday, Halloween, Spirits, Evil
  • Followers: Headless Horseman
  • Allies: Merasmus and his fellows, Oogie Boogie, Arthas Menethil, Pugna, Dormammu
  • Enemies: Sir Daniel Fortesque, Jack Skellington
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: The Joker
  • Odd Friendship: Koume Shirasaka
  • Christmas Counterpart: Eve Santaclaus
  • The Mad King Thorn, wanting to ascend with a bang, burst through the ground near the Pantheon grounds, his pumpkin visage looming over bypassers and announcing that his reign of terror will begin with the year's Halloween! Only to be informed that it's not Halloween at the moment, and that he arrived too early. Mad King Thorn was quiet for a moment, slightly embarrassed that he mistimed his ascension. To make up for it, Thorn decided to play a simple game of Mad King Says with his "subjects", a game that is more dangerous than it seems like.
    • In life, Mad King Thorn was an insane and cruel king of Kryta, eventually killed in a peasant uprising. Now a powerful spirit of Halloween, he flies in from the Underworld every Halloween to "play" with living mortals. Thankfully, he's not so much of a threat anymore, but don't underestimate him still, as he will punish those who don't play along with simple death.
  • Jack Skellington is rather distraught that the other halloween-based deity is evil to the core, and thus opposes Oswald Thorn as a representative of Halloween.
  • Sir Daniel Fortesque fought pumpkin creatures in his home world. Seeing Thorn's pumpkin head made him think that he was one of them, and attacked him. Mad King Thorn was not amused.
  • Got along well with Merasmus and his fellows, as they are bosses in Halloween Events. Mad King Thorn especially likes the company of he Horseless Headless Horseman, being a pumpkin headed spirit too.
  • Has formed an alliance with Arthas, as they're both evil kings who have killed their own father.
  • Mad King Thorn and the Joker had something of a competition in their first encounter where they tried to one-up the other when it comes to evil comedy. They're somewhat cordial with each other, though it doesn't stop them from firing shots whenever they get the chance.
Mad King Thorn: By the way Joker, your appearance remind me very much of my own son. It's uncanny.
The Joker: I see, so I resemble a beloved family member of yours?
Mad King Thorn: No. You resemble a disappointment.
  • In the Mad King's Realm, a horde of skeletons used to loyally serve him. That is, until his son Erdrick took over them and started using them as his own army against Thorn. This significantly displeased the king, and made him generally dislike deified skeletons as a result. He makes an exception for Pugna however, who he even claims would be a better son than Erdrick. But then, Mad King Thorn probably just says so to rile up the Bloody Prince even more.
  • Apparently, Koume Shirasaka was one of those who witnessed Thorn's mistimed ascension. She actually liked his looks enough that she's considering to cosplay as him for the next Halloween. When Mad King Thorn learned of it, he was actually genuinely flattered. As long she doesn't pretend to be him, he's sure they will get along just fine.
  • Said to get along with Dormammu because of their alignment and because their heads look similar.

    Glenn Arias
Glenn Arias, God Of Deadly Weddings (The Merchant Of Death, Ariego)

As Ariego

  • Intermediate God (gains a power boost when merged with Diego)
  • Symbols: The Arm Of His Wife, Complete With Wedding Ring. Alternatively, His Wedding Photo
  • Theme Song: Merchant

  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Affably Evil, Ax-Crazy (disguised under a Mask of Sanity), Bioweapons Dealer, Badass in a Nice Suit, Create Your Own Villain, Created A Bioweapon That Knows Friend From Foe, Crusading Widower, Even Evil Has Loved Ones Gun Fu, Inheritor Of Tricell and Neo-Umbrella, Man of Wealth and Taste, Omnicidal ManiacRoaring Rampage of Revenge, Sharp-Dressed Man
  • Domains: Widowers, Bioweapons, Vengeance, Lost Loves, Arms Dealers
  • Heralds: Diego Gomez and Maria Gomez
  • High Priest: Aamir Barkawi
  • Allies: Albert Wesker, Alex Wesker, William Birkin, Ra's Al-Ghul, Poison Ivy, Father Elijah
  • Worthy Opponents Include: The Boss, Big Boss, Lady Shiva, The Question II,
  • Enemies:
  • Obsessed With: Rebecca Chambers (as she is a dead ringer to his late wife, Sarah Arias)
  • Conflicting Opinion: Regime Superman
  • Annoyed By: The Think Tank, Deadpool
  • Opposed By: All Parents and Law Enforcement Deities in the Pantheon, including Jun Kazama, Chun-Li, Cammy, Green Arrow, Black Canary, The Sole Survivor, Naruto and Hinata Uzumaki, Sasuke and Sakura Uchiha, Deadshot, Irene Lew, Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage, Kurtis Stryker, Crimson Viper to name a few
  • Fears: The Doomguy
  • Glenn Arias' ascension to the Pantheon was endorsed by the Wesker siblings, Albert and Alex. After all, "an enemy of the Redfields is an ally of ours," Albert told his female counterpart. And seeing how Arias gave Chris a run for his money, Alex can't help but to agree.
    • Not one to forget how it was Chris who killed him, Arias swears vengeance by destroying everything that Chris cares about, including his sister and partner.
  • Arias' background is a bit sketchy. Some say he was a C.I.A. Agent that went rogue. But most agree that he was an arms dealer selling off Tricell and Neo-Umbrella' assets. He was also in love with a woman named Sarah, which makes the next series of events even more tragic.
  • As a certain mad clown infamously stated, "All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy." Arias' bad day came on on his wedding day. Arias' wedding party was bombed in a drone strike in an assassination attempt on his person. Arias, his longtime friend, Diego Gomez - albeit horribly injured - and his daughter, Maria - who lost her right eye  - were the only survivors. All that Arias found of his wife was her arm, blown off at the elbow, the ring still on the finger. And Arias snapped.
  • Rebecca Chambers found out that despite infecting her with the A-Virus, Arias still has a soft spot for her. She discovered Arias' ascension when he left her a letter at her and Moira's temple, stating that his marriage offer is still open.
  • Arias is also a skilled virologist, his ultimate creation being the A-Virus (No, not THAT A-Virus). Its true name is the the Animality Virus, and it does not transform humans into animals and back again. It's much worse. The A-Virus is a genus of mutagens created by Arias with the assistance of the remants of the Los Illuminados cult. What makes this virus dangerous is the bioweapon's ability to differentiate friend from foe. The A-Virus consists of three separate stains that work in tandem:
    • First, is the waterborne Latent Virus. Normally dormant, it can easily be used to infect entire areas without being detected, primarily though the town's water supply.
    • Second, is the airborne Trigger Virus, which is designed to activate the Latent Virus, mostly by using gas canisters or a tanker trailer. Zombification ensues.
    • Last, is the Vaccine. While not an actual cure, per se, it does reverse the zombification process. Anyone exposed to the Vaccine will not be attacked by the A-Virus Zombies.
    • An actual cure to the A-Virus was created by Rebecca Chambers. However, in a dose of irony, Arias used Rebecca's vaccine to make the A-Virus more potent, just as Wesker had done to Jill, using her T-Virus antibodies for his Uroborous Virus research.
  • Regime Superman has heard about Arias and of how his wife met a violent end, reminding the High Councilor of how he had lost Lois. Arias would've been a valuable ally, Regime Supes realized. But while Regime Supes wants to control the world through fear, Arias wants to wipe mankind out. As a result of this, Arias has made friends with both Ra's Al-Ghul and Poison Ivy due to their shared beliefs.
  • Kano had voiced his desire to buy samples of the A-Virus in order to wipe out the Red Dragon and Special Forces. Arias, however refused to deal with the Aussie-born merc. Either Kano's checks bounce or he usually kills the dealer and skirts off with his ill-gotten gains. Even a genocidal psychopath has to have some standards.
  • One of Arias' victims was Kathy White, a B.S.A.A. operative who was friends with Chris. Arias kidnapped not only her, but her son and exposed them both to the A-Virus. No wonder Arias is high on the shit-lists of every law-enforcement deity and mothers in the Pantheon.
    • Ironically enough, the Wolfpack commander, Karena LesProux, is one of a few villains that despises Arias. The death of Kathy White and her son struck home to Lupo, who is a mother herself. Good thing she has the Wolfpack on call if Arias decides to make a move.
  • Tony Stark was once known as the Merchant of Death before he changed his ways. Arias suspects him of being behind the drone strike that killed his wife. Stark denies it and even as an alibi.
  • Arias is no slouch when it comes to combat. He thought that Chris was tough enough. But the Pantheon has an assortment of deities that can give him a run for his money. The Boss and Big Boss top the list, with Lady Shiva and Batman a close second. It was an encounter with The Boss that made Arias realize that he let his skills go lax after he got schooled in close-quarters comba. Now, he's itching for a rematch.
  • If the battle does not go in Arias' favor (just as his second battle with Chris had done), he can summon Diego Gomez and once the Power Limiter is gone, Arias and Diego fuse into a new being, dubbed Ariego. While it took a shot from a rail cannon, an exploding Ducati motorcycle and finally, a grenade to stop Ariego, Doomguy can accomplish this either by using the BFG 9K or with his bare hands, be it normal or on a Berserker rage. After seeing Doomguy tear through the B.O.W.'s like Godzilla stomping though Tokyo, it's no wonder that Arias fears Doomguy.
  • Found a kinship with Father Elijah, who understands his pain. Both men have the desire to wipe out mankind in order to begin anew. Well, Elijah, anyway. Arias wants to Kill 'em All.
  • Maybe this is what I've always wanted: The world in flames, where only the dead remain.

    Nicholas Saint North
Nicholas Saint North, the Badass Santa (Santa Claus, Guardian of Wonder)

  • Rank: Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His Naughty and Nice tattoos on his arms.
  • Alignment: Lawful Good.
  • Portfolio: Twin sabers, feelings in his belly, Russian heritage, long beard, Santa Claus, leading the Guardians, magical technology, being a former criminal
  • Domains: Christmas, Childhood, Wonder
  • Followers: The Yetis, the Elves, nice children of the world, his fellow Guardians (E. Aster Bunnymund, Toothiana).
  • Allies:
  • Enemies:
  • His temple in the Pantheon contains a snow globe on a pedestal. This snow globe opens a portal to his workshop, where he is most of the time.
  • Is a very popular god in the House of Weapons, the House of Technology and the House of Commerce.
  • When he has off time, and isn't sampling cookies from the House of Food, he can often be found with the Heavy discussing literature and music.
  • Things to know about North; He is very intimidating, downright jolly, mysterious, fearless, caring, and most important of all, full of wonder.
  • Is willing to let others ride with him on the sleigh, but if he says buckle up, know that it's just an expression.
  • He no longer lets pantheon members sit on his knee, since he has to be mobile to oversee the workshop.
  • NEVER harm a child in his presence. Ever.
  • For those that wish to truly become a follower, he will demand to know their center. And if they've yet to find it, will make sure to help them to do so.
  • When he heard of Jack Skellington's ascension (and what happened the last time Jack tried to be "Sandy Claws"), he was quite weary when Jack burst into his temple. Instead of asking whether or not he could perform North's duties, Jack instead asked for help regarding some plans for his Halloween performance and looked in absolute awe at all of the toys he was making. North took this in good humor and has helped Skellington out in this regard. It also helps that they both despise the same person: Pitch.
  • Sora once asked if he was on the Nice list, but found out in dismay that he wasn't due to him stating that he didn't believe in Santa Claus a few years back (although it turned out that he was tricked by his good friend Riku).
  • He's never asking Goldberg to deliver presents for him again, not after what happened last time.
  • Has it out for Alucard for killing one of his earthly avatars.
  • Many a god marvel at North for his skill and audacity because every year, without fail or injury, he personally delivers a lump of coal to every villainous god in the Pantheon on Christmas. This, of course, has earned him the ire of many evil deities, especially Morgoth. He wants that damn BB gun.

    Panda King
The Panda King, God of Fireworks (Agent Monarch)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Panda_King_4793.jpg
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A golden outline effigy of his head
  • Theme Song: Flame Fu!
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil at first, True Neutral now
  • Portfolio: Formerly Villainous Panda, Panda as his name, Always Referred By His Full Name, Fantastic Fireworks (as an art & as a weapon), Demolitions Expert, Acrofatic, Calling Your Attacks, Papa Wolf, Mighty Glacier, Incendiary Exponent, Large Ham (when excited about his fireworks), The Comically Serious
  • Domains: Fireworks, Pandas, Fire, Former Villains
  • Allies: The Cooper Gang (Sly Cooper, Bentley Turtle, Murray Hippo, Dimitri L. Lousteau, The Guru), Po, Chen & Li Li Stormstout, The League of Extreme Fatherhood, Mithra, the Techies, Tiny Tina, Zuko, Jubilee
  • Rivals: Tavish DeGroot the Demoman, Dr. Boom
  • Enemies: Clockwerk & Neyla (the first one being a former leader), Penelope Mouse (former gang member), Carmelita Fox, Lord Shen, Deidara, The Kraken
  • Herald: His daughter, Jing King
  • Elysium Academy was in trouble. The students responsible for setting off fireworks for one of their many events accidentally set them off too early, leveling one of its buildings (thankfully empty) in the process and leaving them with no fireworks. The Absurdly Powerful Student Council immediately looked for someone in the Pantheon who could create fireworks on such short notice but could find no one (all explosive experts only knew how to make bombs and other things that go boom). That was when Bentley suggested a questionable choice: Their former enemy-now ally, the Panda King. Without any other choice, the Student Council managed to bring him up and Panda King delivered with an amazing fireworks display that made even the Pantheon gods awestruck. Panda King is here to stay.
  • His formal welcoming party was short and simple with the Cooper Gang in attendance to see their ally join. Naturally, Panda King supplied his own fireworks. To their surprise, they saw that Jing King, his daughter, was also with him. Panda King said he was still looking for a suitable spouse for his daughter and he hopes to find one somewhere in the Pantheon. So far, it's been unsuccessful.
  • One of Panda King's joys is creating fireworks as they are Serious Business to him as he tends to wax-poetic of their beauty to anyone who visits his temple. Of course, aside from creating them, he enjoys displaying them. With many Pantheon events and even hired by the Pantheon Welcoming Committee to set off fireworks for newly-ascended deities, he finds himself busy but happy hearing all the wondrous comments of his trade.
  • As said before, one of his main reasons for joining the Pantheon was to find a suitable husband for his daughter and Herald, Jing King. As she is his other joy in life, he is fiercely protective of her. Should she even be harmed, say your prayers.
    • As such, he has allied himself with the League of Extreme Fatherhood. Panda King and Asura have both agreed to mutually allow their daughters to be together (and keep a close eye on them).
  • In addition to harming his daughter, another Berserk Button is insulting his fireworks expertise. The first time it happened was the catalyst for his turn to villainy and turning his fireworks into explosive demolition tools. Only after being beaten by Sly Cooper and his arrest was he able to find his spiritual center and no longer use his demolition expertise for heinous crimes. However, his fireworks are still useful for explosive purpose should he need to go on the offensive.
  • As a panda, he of course gets along with the others in the Pantheon. He sees Po as a possible suitor and is currently having him put to the test in a literal trial by fire to see if he's worthy. Both he and Chen are often seen drinking together and discussing various topics. He sees Li Li as a much younger Jing and tries to discipline her into not being so reckless but finds it hard to stick. Of course, she lets him take her Healing Brew which he is thankful for.
    • Even without knowing his hatred of pandas, Lord Shen is on his permanent bad side as the evil bird reminds him of General Tsao. Even though he missed the chance to cook the misogynisitc rooster before his arrest, he will make sure Shen is turned into roast peacock if he should harm any of his allies and especially Jing King.
  • As a former member of the Fiendish Five, there is absolutely no love loss between him and his ex-boss, Clockwerk. The owl was furious to learn Panda King eventually joined their mutual enemy all because of his daughter. Panda King warned Clockwerk that should he lay one talon on Jing King, he will use all his explosive expertise to turn him into scorched slag.
  • Many demo experts have wanted to test and see if he's as good as the Cooper Gang claim he is. Some (like the Techies and Tiny Tina) marveled at both the beauty and explosive powers of his fireworks which put him in good standing with him. Others (like the Demoman and Dr. Boom) were less tactful and called his work mediocre, earning rivalry status. Still, a few others (especially Deidara and the Trollkaiger), call his work a waste of time and an insult to explosions (even using the "frustrated fireworks artist turned homicidal pyromaniac" insult Sly once gave him), which is exactly the worst thing to say a proud artisan such as him. A smoking crater was all that's left of those who disrespect him.
  • Even though he no longer uses his fireworks for crime, Carmelita still wants him arrested once more due to his past and because he helped Sly. Even though Jing King sticks up for her father and claims he has turned over a new leaf, the obstinate inspector is waiting for one slip-up and she'll be down on him. Panda King merely glares at her coldly as he returns to making more fireworks.
  • Zuko was interested in Panda King's Flame-Fu and challenged him to a friendly sparring match, to which he honorably accepted. Their long battle scorched the ground they fought on but eventually they conceded a draw. Zuko was indeed impressed by the panda's uncanny ability to create fire and wonders if he is deep-down a firebender as well. In the end, the two went to Iroh's tea house for a post-fight drink to relax.
  • Even though she lost her mutant abilities, Jubilee enjoys watching Panda King's fireworks spectacles as they remind her of her old powers. Some days, she heads over to his temple workshop to see him craft fireworks. Panda King was adamant in having her visit him at first as she was a vampire (as he still remembers the vampires General Tsao summoned which he fought), but relented as he saw Jing King babysit and play with Shogo. The hopes of one day having his own grandson once Jing King married allowed him to warm up to Jubilee and her son.
  • The Kraken has a personal vendetta against Panda King after hearing how he managed to subdue his follower, Crusher of Blood Bath Bay. Panda King, however, shows no fear and warns the creature that the punishment he will give it will make Crusher's look like a slap on its tentacle if the Kraken chooses to attack him.

    Pinkie Pie
Pinkie Pie, Goddess of Parties (Pinkamena Diane Pie, Fili-second, Equestria's Peppy Party Pony)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Pinkie_Pie_2_Small_2187.png
  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: Her Cutie Mark (Three Balloons: two blue ones and a yellow one)
  • Theme song: Smile Song
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good (Heavy on the Chaotic)
  • "Weapon of Choice": Party Cannon
  • Portfolio: Awesome insanity, being out of this world, being ditzy... or not, cute hyperactivity, curly mane which occasionally changes to reflect her mood, acting like a child (even skipping like one), minimal attention span, fun ponified, pranking, eating a lot, Breaking the Fourth Wall, defying the laws of reality, having no sense of personal space, "okey dokey lokey", talking a lot, parties, alternate personalities
  • Domain: Friendship, Laughter, Parties, Fun, Hyperactivity, Innocence
  • Herald: Gummy, her toothless baby alligator
  • Allies:
  • Followers: Bronies
  • Pinkie Pie 1:1 "I'm a Goddess? Isn't this exciting? Are you excited cause I'm excited and I've never been so excited well except for that time I saw Twilight walking into Ponyville and I went GASP! but I mean really, what can top that?"
  • Had somehow ascended extremely quickly and has been seen making friends with many of the Gods and Goddess of the various houses, however she's just as likely to annoy and confuse everypony.
  • Can teleport, pop out of small objects, exist in two different places at once, run at ludicrous speed and otherwise defy the laws of reality.
    • Whenever she's near resident goddess Vanellope Von Schweetz, the two go into an epic teleporting match the likes that no one has ever seen.
  • Has probably thrown (or at least attempted to throw) parties for every single deity in the pantheon by now. That includes Evil gods and even entities on a cosmic level. Some were delighted. Some have gotten pissed. Some have gotten pissed at first, but THEN were delighted. Some of these attempts didn't go all that well, though, like that time Pinkie attempted to decorate Unicron in frilly ribbons and balloons.
  • Albeit associated with the House of Theater Pinkie spends a lot of her time in the House of Food, where she bakes, and eats, a lot of sweets. Yes, including cupcakes. No, not THAT KIND of cupcakes.
  • Rumors that Pinkie Pie has attempted to assassinate other gods to steal their power and turn their skin into clothing are really just rumors. It IS known that Pinkie has a darker and allegedly more insane side which manifests when things don't go her way.
  • Pinkie once transformed into a rocket and burst with excitement at the taste of Princess Peach's delicious strawberry shortcakes.
  • As a Goddess of Periphery Demographics, people would assume that she should be opposed to Barney, God of Periphery Hatedoms. But that isn't the case at all. They actually get along splendidly; their respective shows even air next to each other in certain countries.
  • Ever since JK has become a God, Pinkie has chased him around with the suggestion of merging his JK Night parties with her own. The Gods shudder to think at the idea of what would happen if Pinkie convinced JK to do such a thing.
  • Pac-Man once tried to eat her after eating a Power Pellet, believing her to be one of the Ghosts.
  • Is currently in a race with Gentaro Kisaragi to see who can befriend the most gods. It's still ongoing, with both of them having an equal amount of friends in their pocket.
    • When Elena ascended, the three got along very well and decided that due to their love of making friends, they would be called "The Friendship Trio", where they would go to all newly ascended gods and throw them a humongous Friendship party in their honor.
    • During the events of "Project: Alternate Gentaro", it was a complete understatement to say she was entirely shattered of what happened. Thankfully, everything has been squared away and Gentaro came back to normal, but make any mention to what happened to him in the past is one of the EASIEST ways to make Pinkie cry (which is something you should NEVER do)
  • An incident happened when she accidentally stepped into a cloning pod. The result was a sea of Pinkie Pies screaming "Fun! Fun! Fun!" and making a mess out of the Pantheon. After getting the House of Combat and the Toku Base to round them all up, the House of Technology had to temporarily ban her until they ensured that the pink pony can never be cloned again.
  • It's her job to oversee everyone's birthday in the Pantheon, which she does due to having a spectacular Photographic Memory. However, there was that incident where she forgot her own birthday and everyone avoided her to get her surprise birthday party ready. Let's just say her Sanity Slippage was NOT a pretty sight.
  • Never, ever, ever break a Pinkie Promise with her. She will chase you down even more so than when she's trying to grab your attention on something all while screaming, "YOU PINKIE PROMISED!!!!".
  • How does she get those parties up and running so quickly? Simple! "I never leave home without my party cannon!"
  • With Jack Skellington's ascent into the Pantheon, she's been helping him out with his preparations for Halloween because, "It's fun being scared!"
  • Was indirectly responsible for the recent ascension of Roger Rabbit, after asking his assistance in a competion.
  • One of the few things that can put her in a bad mood is talking about the time she went completely apeshit and killed everyone.
  • Once sought the council of Segata Sanshiro, whom she heard had discovered the secret to making someone explode twice with his judo throw. No one's entirely certain if she succeeded in learning how, but no one's brave enough to test it out.
  • It's been rumored that Carmen Sandiego has taken an interest in and is considering making an offer to take her as her personal protégé due to their similar reality-defying capabilities, but has not yet done so due to doubts that she has regarding Pinkie's morality, difficulty in staying focused, and lack of a Punny Name. Pinkie herself seems to be unaware of any potential interest Carmen may have in her.
  • One day, an alpaca named Paprika approached her…and immediately decided to prove her love for the earth pony by combat. Pinkie had to use her party cannon, various oodles she keeps around in case of sudden-declaration-of-battle emergencies, and her 4th-wall abilities to the fullest to ward the alpaca off, and was reportedly a little disturbed at Paprika's freaky need for affection.
  • Was absolutely ecstatic to find her older sister Maud in the House of Narrative. However, Maud's ascension came during Project: Alternate Gentaro and well, let's just say that Maud being "protective" of Pinkie during the events of "Muse Hysteria" were...not sister-like. She has forgiven Mitsuzane Kureshima (the sole cause—well not the sole cause, long story—of "Project: Alternate Gentaro") and hosted a party in his name.
  • Recently, she was called up for a death battle....with Deadpool. The entire pantheon cringed, dreading the result.
    • There was good news and bad news with the fight. The good news was that nobody died in the fight aside from some mirror clones. However, as a result of their similar powers and interests, the 2 of them ended up briefly harassing Screw Attack. Not Wiz and Boomstick, Screw Attack. As this method could be used by the Anti-Monitor to succeed in his destruction of all reality beyond his medium, the Gods PLEADED with the two of them to NEVER do this again.
      • When Pinkie found out it was Deadpool's birthday, she threw him an awesome birthday party. The 2 became best friends afterwards, and as such, Pinkie will sometimes visit her cherrychanga friend to go tease the bad guys or throw awesome parties together.
  • Also resides in Happiness.

    Robot Santa Claus
Robot Santa Claus, The Monster Santa of X-Mas
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/robotsanta_7248.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A bloody and sharpened Candy Cane
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: Brutalizes Anyone He Thinks Is Naughty (Which Is Almost Everyone), The Sociopath, Felony Misdemeanor, Powerful Yet Evil Santas, Ax-Crazy Robotic Psychopath, Extremely High Moral Standards, Making Xmas Miserable For 200 Years, Seeing Zoidberg As Nice, Would Hurt a Child, Jerkass
  • Domains: Festivity, Morality, Judgment
  • Allies: Merged Zamasu, formerly Teru Mikami
  • Those on his nice list: John Zoidberg, Fred Rogers, Son Goku, (the feeling isn't mutual)
  • Those on his very naughty list: Bender and his friends, scammers, Ebenezer Scrooger, the Grinch, Eric Cartman, Alucard, Steve Smith and his family, Princess Morbucks, the House of Crime
  • Those on his naughty list: Just about anyone not mentioned
  • Direct enemies: Nicholas St North, Jack Skellington, Eliphas, GLaDOS, Light Yagami
  • Robot Santa Claus was developed by the Friendly Robot Company in 2801, meant to give gifts to the good people on Earth. Unfortunately a glitch set his standards impossibly high. With very few exception he judges everybody as naughty. And those he sees as naughty deserve more than just coal in their stocking, but murder and mayhem. It is because of him that X-mas has become a day of terror instead of togetherness.
  • He treats every crime whether it be well-intentioned, unknown, or from the fallen and Moral Event Horizons equally. Almost everyone except Zoidberg is on his naughty list, and when X-mas rolls around he tries to hunt them down and kill them.
  • Lives on Neptune, which for some reason isn't a gas giant in the Futurama universe. He's not the only holiday icon in the 31st century-there's a far less homicidal Kwanzaa Bot and the Hanukkah Zombie, and the three seem to be on good terms. When Nudar and his scammers scammed him out of his list, he teamed up with Earth to stop them.
  • It's extraordinarily rare for him to leave his shrine until X-Mas, giving the rest of the pantheon time to prepare. An attempt to destroy him has granted him the attention of GLaDOS, wishing to learn of his paradox-absorbing crumple zones. He seems concerned about this because he doesn't want his paradox-absorbing crumple zones to be reverse-engineered and a counter made for them.
  • Nicholas St North considers him just as bad as Pitch, if not even worse. To him, he is a perversion of everything the job of Santa stands for and has to be eliminated for good to save Christmas. Every December 23, the two fight each other for who will deliver presents and/or pain. Every October 31 Robot Santa Claus goes after Jack Skellington for the time he tried to usurp Christmas. He and Nicholas St North may be enemies, but he recognizes him as a proper Santa. In his eyes Jack Skellington dared step into territory where he didn't belong.
  • Though opposed by almost every Santa due to his Black and White Insanity, he still hates it if they are severely injured or harmed. Steve Smith and his family have been fighting off Santa for years due to accidentally shooting him, and that Santa proved to be evil as well. Alucard's killing of Santa was so bad that he eschewed the naughty and very naughty list for the "absolute, super-irredeemably naughty plaque", having a Fate Worse than Death in store for the No-Life King. Amusingly he considers Son Goku nice as he is the champion of Christmas and being pure enough to ride the Nimbus Cloud. Goku rightfully considers him an enemy of Christmas, though anyone else on his nice list does as well.
  • Proves to be such a Knight Templar that even other knight templars think he's insane. Because of his extremely high stands, he considers them naughty as well. However there is at least one that matches his extremism and homicidal nature-Merged Zamasu. Like him Zamasu believes all mortals are naughty, and while there are some mortals that are nice they can be counted with his fingers. So long as they don't reproduce and serve as the Last of Their Kind, Zamasu will let them be so long as he gets the Bad Santa to expand beyond the Earth and Neptune.
  • Teru Mikami used to be another ally of his due to being even more judgmental than his master Light Yagami, and even more insane. To everyone's horror he gave Robot Santa knowledge of the Death Note. You can imagine how horrifying that is. Kira was utterly mortified by this, and immediately chewed out him for doing something so stupid. Robot Santa and Teru's alliance ended then and there, and they are trying to get the Death Note back.
  • He can be kind to a very, very few of the gods. At least one incident of a god not sharing the gift he gave them with the poor, sending the god back onto the naughty list has been reported however. One of those exceptions is Fred Rodgers, to everyone's surprise.
  • It's been discovered without his naughty list, he's left unsure who to kill. A grand heist to raid his Death Fortress on Neptune and sell the list to the house of Justice so that it may then be safely placed in the treasures is in the works.
  • One X-Mas the pantheon managed to slow him down until the final hour of the day. He made a polite offer to his one-time replacement Bender to help make up for time lost. Bender promptly cheesed it.

Lesser Gods

    The Grinch
The Grinch, The God Who Hated Christmas and Tried to Steal it
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/12072008_grinch_grinch_580x4452.jpg
  • Lesser Gods
  • Symbol: His grinning face
  • Theme Song: You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral or Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Being Bad But Turning Good, Gadgeteer Genius, Cheshire Cat Grin, Villain Protagonist,
  • Domain: Christmas, Ambiguity, Technology
  • Superior: Dr. Suess
  • Allies: Grouchy Smurf, Grumpy Bear, King Dedede, Angry Video Game Nerd, Ebenezer Scrooge, The Professor
  • Enemies: Bowser
  • Opposes: Noise
  • Opposed by: The Nostalgia Critic (the Movie version), Dogs
  • Odd Friendship: Truman Burbank
  • The Grinch used to hate Christmas. Nobody knew why he hated it. It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right. It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. But some think that the most likely reason of all, may have been that his heart was two sizes too small. Either way, tired of the Whos' jovial activities and the noise, noise, noise, NOISE, The Grinch decided to steal their Christmas. However, after seeing the Whos celebrating with no gifts, The Grinch's heart warmed and grew three sizes that day.
  • As stated, no one really knows why the Grinch hated Christmas. There was one version that did give a possible reason. As a little Grinch living in Whoville, he didn't care all that much about Christmas. Though, he was willing to get in to the Holiday spirit for a girl he had a crush on. Unfortunately, a incident with a shaving mishap and being humiliated at school, made the Grinch hate Christmas even more and the Whos who celebrated it.
  • There are some in the pantheon who believe that the Grinch may have turned bad again. This is because of two accounts of him terrorizing the Whos and Cat in the Hat. Others think those incidents happen before he turned good. Another theory is that they may not be the same Grinch and it was an entirely different Grinch. So far, Grinch has been behaving himself.
  • While The Grinch does enjoy the holiday festivities, he still hates noise, noise, noise. Some believe hearing certain sounds will turn him bad. He tries to stay away from certain parts of the pantheon so it won't happen.
  • His relationship with Nostalgia Critic is a bit complicated. While NC is ok with his animated counterpart, he really hates his movie counterpart as he finds him annoying. The Grinch for his part doesn't really care all that much.
    • Speaking of his two counterparts, The Grinch's personality often shifts between the two. His animated counterpart is a bit more calm compared to his movie self, who is more wacky.
  • Dogs don't like him. This is because of his mistreatment of his dog Max. Even if he started to be nice to him, it only happen in the end of his story. And there was that other version that actually left the Grinch because of being mistreated.
  • Found out that his stealing Christmas has been done by others, with different variations on which is being stolen: Like a Zealot stealong upgrades and emp fields. Even the Angry Video Game Nerd got into the act. In this case, he stole all the good games and replace them with crappy ones. The Grinch was happy there wasn't any crappy games about him. Well, about that.
  • To prove that certain deities would rather deal with a seasick crocodile then the Grinch, some have given both Sobek and Renekton seasickness. Most regretted that choice.
  • While its unknown if he has spiders in his brain, it is known that he has termites in his smile. Gross.
  • Has been spotted digging through the trash of the pantheon's residents. Old habits die hard. More often then not, he uses it to build stuff for his temple.
  • Is one of the few deities to get along with the more grumpy deities like Grumpy Bear, Grouchy Smurf and Dan since he too can get grumpy.
  • Gets along very well with Ebenezer Scrooge. This is because both hated Christmas but then started to love it. Deities make fun that the two are so close that they started to sound the same.

    Jack O'Lantern
Jack O'Lantern, Damned Soul of Halloween
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/jackjackjack.jpg
  • Lesser God (Intermediate with the Reaper's scythe)
  • Symbol: The pumpkin replacing his head
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil (used to be Chaotic Neutral)
  • Portfolio: The Prankster, Stingy Jack, Decapitated By Grimm For His Pranks, Pungeon Master, Evil Is Hammy, Uses A Pumpkin As A Head, Who Wants to Live Forever?, Terrified Of Knights
  • Domains: Pranks, The Cursed, Halloween
  • Followers: Pyro Jack, Pumpkinhead, Samhain
  • Allies: Oswald Thorn, Murkrow, Zeref, Ryuk
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: T.J Detweiler
  • Enemies: Billy and Mandy, GRIM, Charles-Henri Sanson, Eric Cartman, Artoria Pendragon, The Evil Queen, Sapphire Rhodonite, Dirty Harry, Death (Regular Show), The Ghostbusters
  • Opposes: All other gods of death, Dio Brando
  • Opposed by: Jack Skellington, Timmy Turner
  • Pities: Faust, AZ, and every god who was decapitated (especially Jonathan Joestar)
  • Fears: All knights in the pantheon
  • Pumpkins have often been associated with Halloween, and everything spooky. Where did this tradition come from? If you ask the people of Endsville, it started with a malcontent by the name of Jack. He loved to play pranks, and though a pleasant guy, he didn't know when to stop. The townspeople were so sick of him that they decided to off him through a ruse: they sent a gift under his name to the Queen of Endsville (yes, they had a Queen). Horribly unamused by the prank, she sent her knight to kill Jack. When Grim came to collect, Jack deterred him long enough to trick him out of his scythe. In exchange for the scythe back, Jack asked for immortality so he could play pranks on people forever. However, Grim is not one who likes to be tricked like that and so decapitated Jack as payback. Replacing it with a pumpkin, he later ascended to the pantheon as the cursed soul of Halloween.
  • Because of his condition, he can only be "normal" during Halloween. Filled with bitterness, he hoped to cause endless chaos in Endsville with the hopes of making it Halloween every day. Mad King Thorn was very happy to learn of Jack O'Lantern, and his desire to promote Halloween. For the time being he's taken on the prankster as his apprentice. While Jack Skellington does like the idea of more Halloween, he still opposes his evil ways. Timmy Turner also opposes him because he's tried to make it be one holiday for the whole year, only to backfire.
    • Though he lost his own head, he's still capable of a good head pun or three. Or eleven.
  • It is not a matter of simply having his head cut off that irks him; any head decapitated by Grim's scythe can never be re-attached. He's forced to use a pumpkin for a head. He was enraged upon learning that a god of decapitation exists in the pantheon, and has sworn to take him out. Being a victim of decapitation, he does seem to show some mercy to other decapitated godsnote . He is really sympathetic to Jonathan Joestar, for suffering a fate worse than permanent beheading; having your worst enemy defile your body by making it his own. He considers Dio disgusting for this.
  • Is indignant towards the House of Justice, due to how he got into trouble; sure, he was a little naughty as The Prankster and didn't know when to stop, but he didn't mean to be malicious and thought they were having a laugh. Granted, he did trick a guy into falling off the cliff so he's not entirely innocent. Particularly angered by the vigilantism likes of Harold Francis Callahan.
  • He's high up on the Ghostbusters' hit list due to having commanded an army of spirits and his vendetta against the Grim Reaper, along with his M.O being similar to Samhain.
  • Though immortal, he's sick of it. He's lived since at least the colonial times (even possibly medieval given how Endsville had a queen of all things) unable to ever be normal again, only able to buy his groceries on Halloween. And as his immortality was given to him by Death himself, he dislikes the other Grim Reapers of the pantheon. Especially in the case of the one from Regular Show, being the other Grim Reaper of Cartoon Network and a gambler in his own. He and Zeref get along in hopes of getting back at Death. That being said, he isn't against every god of death; him and Ryuk get along due to their humorous nature.
    • However, as plenty of people point out, Jack becoming immortal was his own doing and because he wanted to prank people for all eternity. Many consider him getting his head cut-off as light punishment for tricking the Grim Reaper.
  • He pities the likes of Faust and AZ. For Faust, it's because they suffered from a Deal with the Devil (well Death in Jack's case, but there wasn't much difference). For AZ, it's due to their respective curses of immortality over their past transgressions.
  • He appreciates a good prank or trick, of which proved to be his downfall; Irwin falling for prank after prank led him and his spirit army to be overwhelmed by laughter, his pumpkin forces laughing themselves to death and him at Grimm's mercy. He's very impressed by the pranks that T.J Detweiler pulls and likes to hang out with him. T.J appreciates it, but thinks Jack goes too far.
  • Really similar to Candlejack, who goes on Halloween with him. Also likes hanging on with Murkrow.
  • When not causing trouble in the pantheon, he's stuck in the underworld where he still plays pranks. He'd had to get some more pumpkin heads after taunting them, and the main reason he's in the pantheon is that the denizens of Hell wanted to boot him out. Whil he hasn't learned not to prank demons and others in the House of Otherness, he knows pranking Eric Cartman is a bad idea. Considering what happened to Scott Tenorman when he tried...
  • He sounds like Al and Emperor Zurg, but reminds the Toys from Toy Story he has nothing in common with them. And while they share the same name and Halloween motif, he'd like to remind Spiderman he's not the Jack O'Lantern that's part of his Rouges Gallery. No connections to the SMT Multiverse either, asides from taking a shine to Pyro Jack and having him as a follower.
  • Some have mistaken him for Jack Horner, due to him representing the legend of Stingy Jack. They're not the same, and he considers the other Jack O'Lantern to be annoying. In part he's jealous at his ability to scam the gods.
  • He fears all knights in the pantheon, as it was a knight who did kill him to begin with. He also dislikes queens as one ordered his death, particularly the petty Queen of Hearts since she loves beheadings. Learning that Artoria, a queen and knight was in the pantheon? He huddled in the corner, having a nervous breakdown.
    • Being a valkyrie (the Norse answer to a knight) and queen, he fears Sapphire Rhodonite the most out of all gods. Especially since she's good with an ax (chop chop).

  • Lesser Goddess, dangerously close to Intermediate Goddess as Ryuujou Kai Ni
  • Symbol A model or a large scroll of the Japanese Aircraft Carrier Ryuujou

  • Allies: Admiral, her fellow Fleet Girls (Naka, Yamato, Musashi, Fubuki, Akatsuki, Kisaragi, Ikazuchi and Inazuma, Bismarck, Akagi, Shimakaze, Tenryuu, Tatsuka, Ushio, I-19, Ooi, Kitakami, Sendai, Hibiki, Yuudachi), Mirai, Konata Izumi, Silica, Nicholas Saint North, Mamizou Futatsuiwa
  • Enemies: The Abyssal Fleet (Wo-Class, Re-Class, Seaport Princess, Northern Ocean Princess), Yasunori Kato
  • Opposes: The League of Flat Chests(!)
  • Ryuujou was actually rather surprised by this ascension. When she asked why, the judged said that it is rare for someone to have two different costumes for one seasonal cerebration to different stages. She was still bit confused, but she rolled with it.
    • Due to this, whenever the holidays season is rolling along, she acts as a honourably Santa for the time being, taking a break from her usual duties.
    • Also because of this, she is almost always in her Kai form instead of her normal form, with her being able to upgrade herself to Kai Ni.
  • Some gods wonder what is up with the cat girl motif what she has in her second Christmas outfit. Some think it might have to do with her Kai Ni having some sort of cable sticking from her outfit.
  • Ryuujou has it little bit rough. Even though she seems to pride herself of her distinctive silhouette, everyone seems to think she is jealous of everyone with large breasts, and endlessly mock her for it. It has gotten to her nerves plenty of times.
Ryuujou: Listen, it is not good to mock someone due to their breast size! And no matter how you slice it, I am a proper Aircraft Carrier, even if I might not look like the others! Got that?
    • However, looking at the way she talks and behaves might indicate that she has some problems, but not related to her breast size. Instead, her prideful stand and her seeking for any sort of attention makes it look like she fears that people find her being Just a Kid, and seeks to be seen as an equal to other Aircraft Carriers. Mirai immediately took notice of it and ensured that she knows what it must feel like, something what Ryuujou is really grateful of.
  • She seems to have a slight beef with the League of Flat Chests, mainly due the fact that she doesn't want to be reminded of all the times she is mocked due to her appearance.
  • Ryuujou gets along well with Silica due to sharing certain qualities.
  • She dislikes Yasunori due the fact that she uses paper shikigami to create or simulate warplanes. She seems to have some interest in Mamizou due to this trait, though.
  • Some gods are confused by the fact that she has a Kansai Regional Accent, even though Ryuujou was not built in Kansai area. Some think that the reason for the accent is that some of her captains were from those areas. Catherine seems to understand her, as she got her accent from her grandmother even if she herself wasn't born in Osaka.
  • She is not a fast-food attendant. Or a Destroyer, even if her costume resembles that of Asashio-class Fleet Girls.
  • Also resides in Clothing Theme.

  • Allies: Kinzo Ushiromiya, his grandson-in-law Roose Bolton, Macbeth, Starscream, Shay Patrick Cormac (sometimes), Tanya, Eric Cartman
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: Tywin and Cersei Lannister
  • Enemies:
    • From Westeros: Every member of House Stark for his betrayal, no exception, and Stannis Baratheon.
    • Others: The House of Justice, Zeus, Sir Didymus, Pinkie Pie for his horrible parties.
  • Opposed by: Almost all of Westeros, especially the North and the Riverlands.
  • Tried using the Crossing to get a position in the Pantheon of Travel, but was treated with suspicion by the other members because of how unreliable he is and not allowed in. He's constantly asking for huge fees in using his Bridge.
    • Commands the bridge into Mordor now, but the Grand United Alliance of Evil does not trust him, knowing he would happily take a better offer.
    • Walder Frey wanted to be the god of Troll Bridges, however Sr Didymus had the position. Walder has sworn vengeance on him for this.
  • Loves trolling other members of the Pantheon, who find him repulsive. Even most purely evil villains don't like him because, as Terumi puts it; "he's got shit for brains when it comes to trolling plans".
  • Has brought with him to the Pantheon his huge family and keeps asking for marriages. The rest of the Pantheon keeps declining, as they don't dare to go to weddings involving Freys.
  • His reaction? "Heh."
  • Absolutely loathes Arya Stark for not only killing him, but serving up both Lothar and Black Walder Rivers in a meat pie (at least in the TV series). He's not a big fan of the Lannister brothers, as Jamie reminded him that the kingdom fears his family, and not him. In regards to Tyrion, one scenario has Tyrion lay siege to the Twins, in which Walder gets the crossbow-bolt to the nuts, rather than Tywin himself.
  • But there was that one time that he honored the guest right, and did not go through with the Red Wedding, as he saw the benefit of his grandson being Lord of the North. That, and Ned still has his head and Robb didn't screw the medic.
  • He and Aegon the Unworthy argue over which of them has slept with more women when they met, due to Walder offering his descendants to Aegon, hoping for favor. Walder Frey has lived for longer but Aegon had access to more women over his reign, claiming he slept with 900.
  • Aegon then mocked Walder about the fact his seventh wife may have been cuckolding him with his great-grandson Black Walder, remarking "Walder Frey is their father, but which Walder Frey?"
  • Walder Frey commented that at least he had more legitimate children then Aegon (31), while Aegon only had two... at which Aegon muttered "Maybe."
  • The Harry Potter characters mistook him for Argus Filch, but when they saw the mess his parties produced realized he wasn't. However they wondered if Filch might be one of his bastards... which could explain the lack of magic.
  • The Doctor mistook him for the space pirate Solomon at one point, and felt they had similar personalities, both being utterly selfish people.
  • Despite his alliance with Eric Cartman, Walder was horrified at his feeding-people-their-relatives revenge plan... considering it either happened to Walder or some of his kin.

    Ebenezer Scrooge
Ebenezer Scrooge, The God Who Found the True Meaning of Christmas
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ebenezer_scrooge_muppet_christmas_carol.jpg
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: His top hat
  • Theme Song: Scrooge
  • Alignment: Lawful Good, formerly Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: Being a Jerkass But Turning Kind Later, Losing His Love By Greed, Benevolent Boss, Good Feels Good,
  • Domain: Christmas, Commerce, Faith
  • Allies: Jacob Marley, The Ghosts of Christmas, Tiny Tim, Scrooge McDuck, Jerrica Benton, Perrine H. Clostermann, Bruce Wayne, Alfred Pennyworth, Fred Flintstone, Kermit the Frog, Statler and Waldorf(?), Jean Luc Picard, Charles Xavier, Daffy Duck, Rarity, Mario, Sara Crewe, The Professor, Wally
  • Odd Friendship: Grouchy Smurf, Wario
  • Enemies: Mr. Burns, Princess Morbucks, Reagan Twins, Lex Luthor
  • Ebenezer Scrooge was a man consumed by greed and thought poorly of his fellow men. This is especially true during Christmas in which men were generous to others. That changed when he was visited by his dead partner, Jacob Marley, who warned him that if he didn't change, he'd be doomed to suffer in the afterlife. And after being visited by Ghosts of Christmas of Past, Present and Yet To Come, Scrooge did change and became kinder to his fellow men.
  • Scrooge was overjoyed when he found young Tiny Tim was also in the pantheon. As anyone who has ever read or watch a Christmas Carol, Scrooge acted like a second father to the lad. He also became friends with Wally, who shared a similar outlook as Tim.
  • As there been so many adaptations of Scrooge, his appearance can differ. Sometimes, he may look like Alfred Pennyworth or even Jean Luc Picard/Charles Xavier. There was even a time he sounded like Henry Truman. He actually became acquainted with some of these men.
  • Found out that his experience in being a better person has been used by others, sometimes when it isn't even Christmas. These people include Fred Flintstone, who played him in a play and was acting selfishly, Grouchy Smurf, Mario, and Wario. Even Batman lost faith in humanity, which was Scrooge's real problem and not just hating Christmas, and had to be saved by Jacob Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas that were represented by people close to him.
  • It's currently unknown on whether or not Scrooge actually met those three spirits. Of course, he doesn't care either way as he is happy with who he is now.
  • Once had an rap battle with Donald Trump. Except it was actually his dead business partner, Jacob Marley. It got weird after that.
  • Was surprise there was another Scrooge in the pantheon, Mr. McDuck. Just like him, he started out as an okay person seeking riches before being consumed by greed. Luckily, he was able to turn over a new leaf. The two can often be seen hanging out, discussing business.
    • Speaking of Scrooges, he really doesn't like that his name has been associated with greed and grumpiness of the holidays.
  • Looks down on most of the evil rich deities in the Pantheon. He thinks they are either too greedy or snobbish with their riches. This is especially true with Lex Luthor, who not only had the money, but also the smarts to make the world better, except he chose to waste it for villainy.
  • As a man who decided to use his wealth to help others, Scrooge has made allies with like-minded individuals. They include Jerrica Benton, who used the money she earns to help her orphans, Perrine Clostermann, who gave up her entire fortune to help war orphans. Even Sara Crewe once helped out a starving beggar girl by giving her five of the six buns she bought. Said beggar eventually became an apprentice at a bakery. He also became friends with Bruce Wayne, who tries to use his wealth to help Gotham where his "nightly job" can't do the work. There's been word of them, along with Scrooge McDuck, to build a foundation for the Pantheon.
  • Despite what others might think, Scrooge doesn't have that much of a connection for the Ghost deities around here.
  • Hangs out a couple of time with Kermit the Frog and even Statler and Waldorf. For some strange reason, he is reminded of his partners of Bob Cratchit and Jacob Marley.
  • When he discovered that Jacob Marley himself was in the Pantheon, Scrooge went over to thank him for changing his life for the better. Scrooge is also in contact with the three ghosts who changed his life, and frequently celebrates with them when the holidays roll around.
  • He heard of another Expy of his named Snowfall Frost, who, while a bit nicer than he was prior to his reformation, took her hate for Hearth's Warming to another level; while he settled for leaving himself out of the Christmas celebrations, she decided to remove the holiday altogether from everyone's memory. Problem is, to do that would've doomed Equestria into Endless Winter by way of Windigos. Thankfully, just like Scrooge, she saw the error of her ways.

  • Alignment: Neutral to Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Adorkable Audience Surrogate, The Big Guy Boisterous Bruiser who ocassionally Drives like a SPAZZ, Hero-Worshipper, Loaded with Incendiary Ammo, Latin Lover, Mr. Fanservice, Naďve Newcomer, Nice Guy, The Nicknamer, Has impressively chiseled pecs, Prefers loosening up while the Galaxy is at war, Space Marine
  • Domains: Celebration, Space, War, Combat
  • Direct Superior: Commander Shepard
  • Allies:
  • Rival: (surprisingly) Don Flamenco
  • Enemies: The Illusive Man, Harbinger (By Extension from Shepard), M. Bison, Vega
  • Previously posted as Commander Shepard's guard detail on Earth while the latter was court-martialled, partly for working with Cerberus (in fighting the Collectors, mind), and partly for destroying a mass relay in order to delay the Reaper invasion. He became part of the Normandy crew when he assisted in getting Shepard out of Earth, in order to gather reinforcements and to build a superweapon that would thwart the Reaper threat.
  • He was rather reluctant to go at first, as he felt that leaving Earth would be bad for his conscience; but seeing as Shepard got his hands full with gathering allies against the Reapers, he decided to help deal with, in his own words, the "pendejo politicians" governing the galaxy.
  • With that said though, he's the type who is able to chill out and mingle without any worry while the war was underway. Most of the time he hangs out at bars with a few soldiers like him, plays cards with refugees at the docks, or treats some of the Normandy crew to a smoking plate of Huevos Rancheros which he learned to cook from his Abuela (Which has the House of Food taking notice.)
    • He is still a very committed and capable soldier when the need arises, notwithstanding his down-time activities. In fact, he was selected by the Alliance top brass for the N7 Training program (the same program that Shepard underwent prior to his Spectre status) the day before the Reaper invasion. Though his reckless piloting of the Normandy's landing shuttle back on Mars has been put to scrutiny (then again, Shepard's driving was proven to be worse.)
    • There were some reports that he has rigged out a still down by the Normandy's cargo bay, as evidenced by Ashley ending up drunk in one of the crew cabins. Shepard has so far not commented on the matter.
  • Quite fond of making nicknames as well, as it's his way of remembering the peers he works with. Ditto with making up stories, particularly with Garrus; claims that such skill is a gift.
  • There were some reports that his ocassional recklessness stems from his Survivor Guilt when he was forced to save important data on the Collectors at the price of leaving an entire colony to die; moreso data which was not needed when Shepard and his crew took out the Collector base. Which kind of explains why he was initially reluctant to accept his N7 promotion until Shepard convinced him to take it anyways.
    • Apart from the N7 promotion, the various ascended Chapter Masters have considered making him a Space Marine, probably because of his physique and combat skills. James has initially taken interest but declined, partly because he already took the N7 offer, and partly because he thinks their Space Marine training is probably way too serious.
  • He's also known as one of Alex Armstrong's longtime followers, though he has yet to make his muscles sparkle like the former. Doesn't stop him from showing off his physique at times, which does ilicit some Squee! from the female deities.
  • The God of Rebel Leaders seem to have taken interest in his combat skills as well, partly for having the same name, and partly for his "enthusiasm" and muscular build, which reminded him of his Vitriolic Best Buds Tychus Findlay. To be fair to Vega though, he's not exactly as tall or as "decorated" as Tychus and he'd like to keep it that way.
  • Thanks to his surname, Bison and the other Vega are wondering why a lowly farm boy turned Space Marine would dare make his way into the Pantheon. Though the God of "Beautiful" Combat would not mind putting James in his place through a one-on-one fistfight. The latter, wary of his abilities with his claws, doesn't mind a challenge from him.
  • Oddly, the Spaniard Boxer from the Sub-House of Cultures met James on one ocassion, and immediately challenged him to a boxing match. He lost.
  • Despite being on good terms with Kasumi Goto, he still has not forgiven her much for the time he lost the push-up challenge with Kaidan (and Jacob) because she sat on his back.
  • With the revelation of Shepard being the Avatar in a different universe, there have been talks of seeing if her/his other squadmates have potential to be benders. James in particular is reported to have some affinity to earth

    Eve Santaclaus
Eve Santaclaus, The Goddess of Christmas Events

Left to right: Blitzen and Eve
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: A Gingerbread Cookie of Blitzen
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Maybe Santa, Maybe Not, Mentioning Its Christmas, Saving Christmas by Being a Idol, Because You Were Nice to Me, Christmas in Japan, The Ingenue, Sexy Santa Dress
  • Domain: Music, Idoldom, Gifts
  • Herald: Blitzen
  • Allies: Koume Shirasaka, Ranko Kanzaki, Nicholas Saint North, Rudolph, Son Goku, Yomi, Jack Skellington, The Villager, Ryuujou, Braum, Mei-Ling Zhou, Torbjorn Lindholm, Ebenezer Scrooge, Alex (Street Fighter), Elena
  • Enemies: Robot Santa Claus, Bowser, Mr. Burns
  • Halloween Counterpart: Mad King Thorn
  • Supported by: Ken Masters, Crimson Viper, Rashid, Ryu, Guile
  • Opposed by: Abigail
  • While Eve Santaclaus doesn't have that much to do during the off seasons, that all changes once Christmas comes around. It's during that special time of the year that she works extra hard to spread Christmas joy. And that is made easier with both her Producer and her reindeer, Blitzen.
  • Eve actually claims to be the actual Saint Nicholas, or one of them anyway. Though, she was found on the street by Mr. Producer, naked. So there are some who believe she's just a crazy homeless girl who thinks she's Santa. Regardless, all would agree that her wanting to buy gifts for everybody after becoming a successful idol is genuine.
  • Very much enjoys the Japanese kotatsu because of its comfortable warmth. She loves it so much she thought of replacing both her sleigh and Blitzen with a flying kotatsu. But she changed her mind after seeing how hurt Blitzen was of the idea.
  • Eve is consider the Christmas counterpart to Mad King Thorn's Halloween. Because of this, there's been talks about creating a Darker and Edgier movie base on Jack Skellington's own misadventure of replacing Santa Claus. But instead of a well meaning but disastrous attempt of delivering presents, Thorn would play the villainous King of Halloween who wants to take over Christmas Town and turn it into a Wonder Deathland and Eve would play the magical Santa whose job is to stop him. So far, the deal hasn't gone through. But they're still trying to make it happen.
  • Eve was very suspicious of the Grinch when she heard about the time he once tried to steal Christmas from the Whos. She actually thought he might have stolen her gifts and clothes back home. But she dropped her suspicions of him after hearing how he gave those gifts back after finding the true meaning of Christmas. She was advised, however, not to get too close to him during non-Christmas days since he will act like his former grouchy self.
  • Was actually invited by the former Roman Emperor Nero Claudius to participate in a Christmas Charity hosted at her personal theater, Domus Aurea. While Eve was more than excited to do it, the event was a disaster. Might have to do with the misconception of a "singing Santa" being Nero himself .
  • Heard about Jack Skellington's exploits at replacing Santa and delivering presents himself. While Eve could understand the enthusiasm of falling in love with Christmas, she wishes he did it without causing so much havoc. Regardless, the two did strike up a nice friendship over their love of the holiday.
  • At first, Nicholas Saint North didn't know what to think of the young idol who claims to be Santa Claus. But while getting to know the girl, he found out her love for Christmas was genuine. For that, he brought her in his workshop to help out. He even offered her a sleigh ride to deliver the presents which Eve accepted without hesitation.
  • Like any Santa Claus, Eve opposes the brutality of Robot Santa Claus and putting everybody on the naughty list regardless if they were bad or goodnote . She also run afoul with both Mr. Burns and Bowser since those two stole or at least attempted to steal Christmas.
  • Mistook Braum, Mei, Ryuujou and Torbjorn as fellow Santas when she saw them in their Christmas attires. Even when she found out it wasn't true, she still became good friends with them. Because of the mistake, she been thinking of maybe making a Santa group to help deliver toys.
  • Blitzen gets a bit jealous whenever Eve interacts with Rudolph, fearing he would be replaced by the famous red nosed reindeer. Whenever his jealousy rears up, Eve makes sure he is her number one reindeer.
  • Has been asked by the House of Food to help sell any leftover cakes before Christmas. Seems like her positivity is very effective as they do sell out.
  • Is pretty much grateful for the many deities here who have saved Christmas in the past. And there are a lot of those deities in here.
  • Eve became good friends with Yomi when the latter learned she was homeless. And they became very good friends when Eve found Yomi's bean sprout very delicious. Eve also decided to help Yomi realize that there is good in anybody, regardless if they are rich or poor.
  • Has a habit of decorating many of the Houses in the Pantheon. So it can be a bit of a dissonance when the House of Slaughter has green and red tinsel hanging around with a plastic Frosty the Snowman on the front door.
    • Some of her decorations have even made it into the public eye, such as the "Frosty Boulevard" makeover of New York City. A few of the Street Fighter deities, many of them being American, have expressed appreciation for this. She's even befriended Alex and Elena at one of those celebrations.
    • Abigail, on the other hand, doesn't like this very much. All that snow and decor gets in the way of him riding his car through the city.

    Hijiri Mochizuki
Hijiri Mochizuki, Goddess of White Christmas ("Holy Maiden", "Pure White Maiden", "White Snowflakes")
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hijirir2.jpg
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: A crystallized snowflake
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Snowy Christmas, Idol Singer, Carols, Commonly Appears During Winter, Snow Means Love, One of Most Conservative Clothed Idols, Born on Christmas Day
  • Domains: Snow, Christmas, Carols
  • Allies: Koume Shirasaka, Ranko Kanzaki, Eve Santaclaus, Mika Jougasaki, 765 Pro, Jack Frost, Elsa, Olaf
  • Hijiri is bit of a rare idol, not generally showing up around most of the year. However, whenever Christmas rolls around, she is sure to come around, spreading her hums and carols in the silent night. She also seems to be lucky that it always seems to snow when she's around.
  • While most Christmas-related deities are about the celebration of Christmas, she is different, as she is more fascinated with the mood around the Christmas time. She is more specifically fascinated about the snowy nights, as she finds them romantic.
  • When she heard that there is a god who represents Snow Means Love, she immediately wanted to meet them. After she met Jack Frost, she seems to have an interest in him. However, she is bit creeped out on the whole "Snow Means Death" thing and was sad to hear that he died in snow.
    • She also has a slight admiration for Elsa. Apparently she wishes to one day dress up as her for a concert. She is also interested in Olaf as a living snowman, and sort of representation of love between Elsa and Anna.
  • Isn't really seen outside the winter times, though she can occasionally appear if asked outside. Apparently she is sensitive to heat. Though one does wonder what she does outside the winter. Possibly living in colder climates?
  • Not to be confused with Byakuren Hijiri. It's not like the two of them mind any mix-ups or anything like that. We are also sure that she is not some Christmas saint, though some have stated she sometimes gives vibes of one when performing activities, or at least has an aura of maturity around her contrasting her age.
  • Contrary what some of the more crazier gods may think, she does not wish for an Endless Winter. That would be awful, even for her. This is why she doesn't have Kaldr & Lissandra in high regard.
