^ Oh, I see why you mean. I disagree with your definition of attractiveness, though - I understand it as a broader synonym for sexiness, which may overlap with but does not encompass the others. (And someone who is a beauty can be any of those.)

^^^ An illustrated man or lady is a performing dancer with tattoos all over his or her body. The movements and choreography are informed by the tattoos, designed to maximise the effect of their appearance, create the illusion of movement on the skin, and juxtapose them with each other in enchanting ways. The performer has to be a mixture of visual artist, dancer, mime, contortionist, and striptease.

In other words, her beauty is a substantial part of the reason she was hired to disrobe in front of strangers, but it embarrasses her to do so.
