I'm not sure what you're getting at.

Raso did propose a trope about only have one SaveGame being allowed at a time.  That could possibly be a supertrope to both this trope and the Quck Save trope you proposed.  However, this is not a subtrope of Quick Save (your trope), IMO.  In order for this to be a subtrope, all examples of it would have to also fit the supertrope, and they don't, simply because the proposed supertrope has a ''very'' different gameplay use.

EDIT: Let me see if I can clarify a bit:

PCQuickSave: A single save file that can be saved to and often loaded from with a push of a button.  Included to facilitate ease of saving, including SaveScumming.  Used just like normal saving.

OneTimeQuickSave: A single save file that can be saved to when the player needs to quit.  It is single use and does not allow you to continue to play, discouraging SaveScumming.  Not used like normal saving.

I don't see how the later is a subtrope of the former.  They have a feature in common, yes.  But no example of OneTimeQuickSave is an example of PCQuickSave.
