Rather than focus on the building of a relationship between two characters, this story is breaking apart the bond Matthew and Sveta have. A few moments are choppy or uncertain, but overall this story truly shines in its originality and pacing. There isn't any nonsense here. The plot and characterization is the focus. The OC villains are believable and entertaining, never forced or extravagant. It's a Dark Fic, definitely, but well worth your time.
