Were the Dingos transformed humans? I know I'm not the only fan who thought so, but I haven't found any confirmation in the show or the movie.

Dingo Dan has the ability to change into a human, but for the most part, Dingos aren't transformed humans.

That's certainly how he's presented in the movie. After all, he wiped out Bravestarr and Shaman's home planet, leaving them as the last of their kind.
