Complementing an example with a link to the relevant page is fine, but (a) whole sentences shouldn't be taken up with these potholes, and (b) the example should stand alone without the link. Basically all of these potholes fall afoul of one of those; if you have time to clean them up, please do. That doesn't necessarily mean removing links, but just filling out the text and altering the formatting.
