But lambs DO wag their tails when they are happy (or eats/drinks something tasty)! So it's really just a lamb, not a dog-ified lamb. Should this be removed?

Probably, yes. It's a case of shoehorned trope.

Its worth mentioning that a few strips on the website are NSFW. Any tropes to describe those?

The trope that covers NSFW in general is Not Safe for Work. More specific scenarios will have their own tropes.
