Artist license law. It is illegal to aid and abet a fugitive. Peter was a fugitive. Aunt May was in the Hospital and obviously NOT a fugitive. There was no reason Tony Stark could not have helped Aunt May directly. There is no law against helping someone just because they have a family member who is a fugitive. That's just stupid. Imagine a litte girl is ill and needs emergency surgery her mother can't afford, but her daddy is on the run from the law. It's not the father that's being aided it's the child use some common sense
