Whoever keeps changing the names of Cress and Claus, STOP. I don't care how much you hate the official localization or how much you worship the original/ Dejaps abortive "translation", the official localization of their names are Cress and Claus, and that's what it's gonna be.

I've never changed it, but frankly your crusade to implement a single translation is bizarre, especially since the official translation is AT LEAST as "abortive" as any of the unofficial ones. If you're going to go for this all-in GBA translation thing, then please at least show the ridiculousness of it by also changing Ragnarok to Kangaroo. I've always just left the name choices any person uses "as is" because none of them are any more valid than any others, especially since in virtually all cases they are a question of anglicization of Japanese names, so there's some leniency in spelling from the original source.
PS - Sorry to be so harsh but I too am sick of it, and your edit war is just making the history unreadable for an issue that is of zero importance.
One mistake does not a bad translation make. If the official translation screwed up anywhere else, then that would be a good reason to reconsider, but Kangaroo is the only mistake I've ever heard about, and as silly as it is, it's just one mistake. Until then, I'm siding with SomeNewGuy.

The hell, guys? I realise we're not professionals (well, I'm guessing most of us, at least, aren't) but the 'Anti-Villain' section REALLY needs a clean-up. I think we should just delete a bunch of the conversation that's plain wrong (like how Dhaos doesn't give a fuck about Cress' world, when he's taken such efforts to save the mana tree BOTH for his world nad Cress') AND some of the parts that are right. Just really squeeze it down to a couple of paragraphs.
