I think some of the points here can be accounted for with a little analysis.
  • Zelda not knowing Link personally: I'm not 100% certain what the exact dialogue is to suggest this, but if it's a clear-cut situation that she hasn't met him, it could be due to Link's wish in ALTTP. If he wished that the damage Ganon did to Hyrule never happened, it could be more time shenanigans.
  • Ganon's resurrection not mentioned in ALBW: I don't see a particular reason why the game should have an itemized list of all the times Ganon was brought back to life between his defeat in ALTTP and ALBW, especially since ALBW takes place some hundred or more years later (Sahasralha states that the Hero of Hyrule defeated Ganon in the time of his "grandfather's grandfather").
  • Ganon possessing the Triforce of Power: this one is a pretty legitimate point. The only thing I can think is that being resurrected during the events of a linked game cause Ganon's Triforce to return to him. Or alternatively, the Triforce distributed itself to its chosen holders when it sent Link to the new land.
  • Sealed away versus dead: It seems like Ganon's remains were left in the Dark Realm after his defeat, whatever form that might have been. He would treated as being resurrected in ALBW, but even if he was he would have been locked away in the Dark Realm if simply brought back to life. He would, therefore, necessarily have to be unsealed and brought to Hyrule, so it's both at once: dead AND sealed away.
I think it's safe to say most of this isn't too much of a stretch, especially compared to some of the official explanations on other, more snarl-y issues.

  • If you play Ages first in a linked game, there's one square on the Seasons map that you'll never be able to explore.
Uhm, isn't that map square actually in the Ages map? (at that sea island near the pirates' whirlpool-walled area)

Wait, what? Which one of them is the crone?

After reading the trope page in question, I'll go with not an example.

Bizzare Seasons

Seeing as the reason for the weird season order is known, and is not at all to do with that just being the way that the universe works, doesn't this trope not apply?
