I haven't seen a lot of people talking about the SotC leak from the Beyond the Forbidden Lands fan project. It has been confirmed that it was official, as a lot of the things they found out about came directly from an actual dev, and a big stink was raised in the Discord about it getting out because it caused the dev to cut ties with them for the sake of their own job security.
Believe it or not, I actually do have a few of those leaked docs. I made sure to back up the two biggest things from the leak; the beta map and, most importantly, Ueda's internal lore when designing SotC's world.
It clears up a LOT of the ambiguity of the situation show in the game proper. Problem is, I have no way to back up that it's official. It seems like the pastebin I got it from in the chaos involving the leak got taken down.
So uh... What should I do about it, then?
