Rename Petition: Chinese with Chainguns.
Plus, the Chainguns aren't out of the blue: Chinese are often attributed with using automatic weapons in medieval settings, The best Gatling Gun available in Fallout Tactics is supposedly of Chinese design, and lets not forget Command & Conquer Generals, where the Chainguns are far more faction-defining than just the Helix. "Chopper Support" just sounds so damn chopped and lets face it - Chainguns are way more awesome.

I just snipped this as support for the idea of China invading Russia. Neither Russian nor Chinese accounts seem to support the idea that the fighting amounted to an invasion.
Should China's cultural ministry have a say, they would date PLA back to the Nanchang Uprising in 1927 when CCP started to lead a military of their own. Some people would like the credit goes to Mao Zedong, who turned the tide of war and changed the country thoroughly.
