Would Markarth really count as a Town with a Dark Secret? In the feasting chamber, there was a grand total of 5 random citizens in a town with at least 50 named NPCs. It seems really more of a secret of a small group than a dark tradition with the whole town in on it. The Arkey priest lived there, and he obviously didn't know. So, should it really count?

Slight oversight on my part... I just edited out the bit as to "how Nirnroot survived" stating that it's all poison effects... it's not. Was remembering Oblivion. However, the first two effects *are* poison, which would be the effects which creatures with no capacity to learn alchemy would most likely feel if they ate the plants.
