I don't get how Billy's story in Xenogears fit that trope. Is it because the game was rated T and not M?

Do we really need the ones from Dishonored? Its not really trying to sneak anything, and it's an M rated game.

Yep, no way that example fits. Removed it:

  • In Dishonored, after you rescue Lady Emily (a little girl) from the Golden Cat (a brothel), she asks what Samuel the boatman is talking about when he mentions your assassination of two other characters. He quickly replies "adult business". And Emily says, "Don't worry, I heard PLENTY of adult business at the Golden Cat." Yeah, it's an M-rated game but still...
    • Earlier in the game, you actually see a scene of Emily's life at the Golden Cat, frozen in time; she's being manhandled by the incredibly depraved Pendleton twins.
    • There's also a audio-diary humorous anecdote from Emily's time there: "The Story of the Fancy-Dressed Lady and the Naked Man."
Emily, narrating: And the Madame said, “ten coin, Custis”. And then the naked man said “Lord Pendleton!” The End.

Yeah, games like GTA have more explicit references anyway.

NONE of the euphemistic sex remarks should be on the World Of Warcraft page, they never got past the censor, and the Mana Worm one is specifically mentioned on the ESRB rating summary on the ESRB's site. The censor knows, and rated it Teen based on such information. It's also a 12 in Europe for similar reasons.

Tales of Graces is a Japanese game, a 17 year-old falling for a 22 year-old isn't an example, except in California. The age of consent is 16 where I live, and the same in Japan, where the game was made. The Sophie/Pascal stuff can stay.

I am of two thoughts here. On the one hand, most of the US has laxer laws, plus what you said. On the other hand, even legal stuff may not be family friendly.

Getting Crap Past the Radar is a deliberate attempt to bypass the censors.

They either kiss once, or don't kiss at all in game. And most of the relationship between them is Hubert trying to deny his own feelings for Pascal. They only get into this properly in bonus content at the end, AND Hubert might be 18 by then (The end bit is set a while after you defeat the Big Bad of the first part). Plus the game's rating is 12, and Tales Of Xillia is 16 under PEGI (doesn't this mean we can delete the Xillia examples, since 16 year olds in Western Europe are NOT treated as children?). I don't know what the ESRB has put them down as. I know the ratings because I own both games. They and Xillia's sequel are all Teen under ESRB, but Xillia has a higher rating where we live than in America. There is no way the censors did not know about Pascal and Hubert's relationship unless they never read the script of the game properly. I think we should delete the examples since this is normal for Teen rated games, since the criteria for Mature includes onscreen graphic violence and sexual references, etc. And the fact PEGI gave Xillia a 16 shows that the Censor didn't just sit there and do nothing.

The only scene I can remember is Pascal blushing when Hubert is talking to her, I can't remember them kissing, but I never did watch that Lets Play to the very end.

That is a better argument; yeah, delete that entry.

There's also a ton of entries for Ragnarok Online. What is South Korean law concerning MMO's played in PC Bangs? If it has an 18+/16+ requirement to play, then all the examples can be deleted.

I can't find any detail on that, but it doesn't seem like it has such a requirement.

If it also doesn't go through a censor, not an example.
