I'd like to know what's the criterion for deciding that Nena has already "lived it down", as it says on her redemption task. Because I doubt they'll ever make her a secret character or whatever and I do believe she's qualified now to serve as the Goddess of Double Standards.

What are the 13 good deeds that Gilligan has already done?

how long is Blaze Zabini gonna be staying in this house? I mean, how many stories is it gonna take for him to get out of Purgatory? To ease his suffering, we should release him to the mortal plane.

Is Dr. Hank Pym rejoin the Pantheon as the God of Size Shifters in the House of Shape?
02:45:36 PM Nov 8th 2013
Some high profile (in America anyway) Higurashi blog (the author studies microbiology and possibly psychology) did a character analysis on Shion Sonozaki. The verdict is as follows: Shion's true character is that of a sincerely loving, loyal, and protective girl who's mischievous and has anger issues. She is only a proper psycho yandere when she starts reaching late stage L4. (she's normally low stage L3). With that piece of evidence, and with proper votes, I think we can officially redeem her. As for her posistion, I think a spot as twin goddesss of gadflies (shared with her sister of course) is appropiate to reflect their different approaches to their "trolls". I'll take care of that after everything else is taken care of. After the votes, we need the proper story in the book of trope to explain it. Also, the Teppei disgrace incident to go along with it. I'm thinking the HS freak out (due to Trollkaiger bringing out Hinimizawa Syndrome to troll Shion) correlated with it should be resolved via Rika's alliance with Valvatorez paying off. Rika hands HS meds (from Meakashi-hen) to Val who gives it to Artina (she's unique as she's proficient in both mundane and magical healing given that she was a nurse before her apothesis to an angel) who in turn restrains Shion and administers the injection.

Regarding Lieutenant Mary Sue, shouldn't the fact that she was created as a satirical, over the top parody (possibly Stealth Parody style) of self-inserts and other crappy fanfic characters factor in her redemption chances?
08:20:06 AM Oct 27th 2013
So, who's gonna do that litmus test to see whether or not Lt. Mary Sue gets to be in the Theater House?
03:48:16 PM Nov 4th 2013
Well, her score in the Universal Mary Sue Litmus test is 27, which is considered as being moderate-to high chances of being a Mary Sue in a fanfic-verse, and a moderately safe range to be in. So, if that test counts, she's in. I was thinking the House of Theater.

With her role in Project X Zone, isn't it time to move KOS-MOS out of Purgatory?
09:53:53 AM Aug 20th 2013
But what place shall she take? Robot Girl?
06:24:38 PM Sep 1st 2013
Well, there was talks of her replacing Bender in the seat of Ridiculously Human Robots in the Technology Discussion.

Now that Matt Ward has been kicked out of the pantheon, I think its time to fully redeem Calgar and Suzaku.
07:05:50 PM Dec 28th 2012
Actually, the Attack on the Sons of Ward was never finished, so while I would like to have redeemed them (and two others) they really didn't meet their required task. If you want to handwave it as an Offscreen Moment of Awesome, we can put it a vote.
05:26:48 PM Dec 29th 2012
Put it in some narrative that the Sons of Ward simply fell apart tactically without their master giving them stupidly overpowered special rules and wargear, thus became easy prey for their tactically superior foes. Side note: Ultrasmurfs is actually one of the more balanced army styles to play in the codex with Salamanders actually being one of the nastier (still not overpowered) lists in the codex).
08:24:27 PM Dec 30th 2012
This all offscreen or will I need to go into the Book of Trope for this?
11:10:17 AM Nov 17th 2012
Hey. I've been movie for Littlefoot's ascension from the fallen, suggesting he'd be perfect as God of Sequels and Sequelitis, based on the following arguments: 1) The Land Before Time series stopped making sequels five years ago. 2) General consensus is that the Land Before Time sequels aren't as bad as people immediately assume. In fact, several are considered to be quite good. Citation: Sequelitis under the Land Before Time example. 3) The Land Before Time sequels were the only things that made enough money to stop Universal Cartoon Studios from being shut down. Thus, they were more a matter of survival than profit, and managed to keep an entire traditional-style animation studio alive for quite some time. Seeing how Raiden is now the protagonist of his own game should we let him into the pantheon proper?
12:03:18 PM Feb 24th 2013
So now his game is out, now should we bring him into the pantheon?
10:20:40 PM Feb 25th 2013
From what I've seen both the game and Raiden's character in it seem to have been well received.
05:18:11 PM Feb 26th 2013
It would appear he was brought back into the pantheon proper judging by his absent from this page. Does anyone know where he was placed?
08:38:10 AM Aug 8th 2012
Why are Edward and Bella here instead of the Disgraces. The event that supposedly brought them here is a fan fiction, thus has NO ACTUAL WEIGHT on their character. Only canon events count.
03:12:58 AM Feb 7th 2012
Ok, question, why is Suzaku opposed by Lelouch? In both the main series and Nightmatre of Nunally, they got over their differences, so why is he opposed?
05:39:12 PM Jan 27th 2012
Looking at Worf, I've noticed that he's only ineffective against the new threat the first time it shows up. All subsequent times it shows up, he does just fine against it (namely the borg). Also, he killed Duros pretty easily in season 4. He was also quite competent in the Klingon Civil War arc in season 4-5. Seems to me he just has a problem fighting entities with either supernatural powers or unknown abilities.
01:38:06 PM Nov 11th 2011
Should we get rid of Joel? He doesn't really have any trope he can fit in the regular Pantheon.

I was wondering about something latley that has confused me for a wile. Considering that Bret Hart has buried the hatchet with Shawn Michaels (And recently made a DVD together with Shawn and Jim Ross about the Montreal Screwjob), has become a Hall Of Famer, is on good terms with Vince Mc Mahon again (in Real Life), got his revenge on Vinnie Mac at Wrestlemania (Kayfabe, that is), won the US title before becoming the GM of RAW for a few weeks, won a couple of matches after his Wrestlemania match against Mc Mahon... what does he need to do in order to get out of Purgatory? And for that matter, what will he be ruling over once he is out of there?
05:08:59 PM Nov 6th 2011
Well, I had mentioned in the Book of Trope discussion the idea of Tournament for the position of God of Wrestling. Bret's booked to win. Some notes for you if you want to take the story. Participants: Undertaker, Edge, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Steve Austin, CM Punk and Bret Hart. The Gobbledy Gooker and Sean Waltman will try to force their way into the tournament in the first chapter, but will just get squashed.
04:40:07 AM Nov 11th 2011
I'm preety bad when it comes to writing stories. Somebody else should probably write this instead of me. PS: Do we have a God for the trope Real Men Wears Pink? Because Bret could fit that position preety well considering how awesome he makes Pink look.

I'll think Signum, Goddess of Gracefull Battle from the House of War must come here now that she has been cheated(again) by Cypha of Huckebein during a recent story of the Book of Tropes. She's now depowered and her house taken so she didn't displayed much of her former Badassitude and instead falls for enemy traps repeatedly, all of those big offenses toward the virtues she's supposedly representing. Thus her task must be to show determination, grace and category as a fighter strong enough to overcome difficulties. A Knight unable to overcome being cheated is undeserving of his honor and title.

No. That Book of Tropes arc was meant to represent that one time as being cheated in the canon. It was meant to be that time she was ordered to go hiding so the GUAG does not lose morale. So the amount of her being cheated right now is 1. I suppose I should reword the story so it doesn't look like it was the second time she's being cheated.

So, should we include Yagyu Muneori in the search for Nagamasa as part of his task?

I asked the same question in the old discussion format, and the general ruling was to wait until MGS: Rising is released to make the final decision.

In the meantime, Raiden has been noted as a Third Party participant in the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Also:
- Early-Bird Cameo: His design is from Rising which had yet to be released when revealed.
