Does Damon Albarn have a copy of Krazy Kong by Wild Willy Barrett? "Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's Head" sounds a lot like "Return of Kong" what with the angelic backing harmony and the reggae-like rhythm. Put on top of this that Krazy Kong is about a monkey-like character who is a bit volatile. Who else do we know that is a monkey-like work of fiction?

A cropped version of this image◊, maybe?

Why does someone keep adding curly brackets to everything? It's completely unnecessary.

What is "Phase 1", "Phase 2", "Phase 3"? Does that correspond to the three albums? Is that explained anywhere on the page and I'm missing it?

The three phases are like chapters of the story in Gorillaz canon, and they roughly match up to the major albums. With each phase a little more of the plot is revealed. For instance, Phase 1 Noodle was a mysterious 10 year old immigrant, and as of Phase 3 she's 20 and something of a renegade super soldier. There's also an evolution in the art style over time: Phase 1◊, Phase 2◊, and Phase 3◊. Please, PM me with any more questions. :)

Would it be too spoiler-ific to give the Cyborg her own profile on the character page? She/it has racked up a lot of tropes lately.

Don't mean to step on any toes here, but is Viewer Gender Confusion YMMV material if there are observable instances of it? As written on the YMMV page, a good quarter of the comments on the "Dare" music video are devoted to questioning Noodle's gender.

Well, Viewer Gender Confusion is indicated as a subjective trope and thus shouldn't be listed on the main page. But yes, sometimes some of this subjective tropes are very clear-cut examples, and you can be tempted to leave them in the article. But that one is still about viewer reactions, thus varying from people to people. It's a tough call.

Did some cleaning up and made a YMMV page. All subjective tropes go there, and yes, the does include Crowning Moments. I didn't add Crowning Music to the page because the band already has its own subpage for that and it seemed unnecessary.

Oh, damn... I'm trying to make a link to the Crowning Music of Awesome page for Gorillaz, but I don't know how. Help, please. :(
