This isn't quite strictly bait-and-switch credits, but I'm not quite sure what it could be filed under (perhaps soundtrack dissonance?): Just like the opening credit's bright colors contrast with the dark atmosphere of the show, the uptempo and energetic closing credits theme to tokyo ghoul root A is often quite a jarring contrast to the bleak tone of the episode itself. The song even includes lyrics about continuing to fight on despite tragedy, which is quite the contrast to what happens in the plot.
