I love that "Accidental Marriage" part. I think that plotline was influenced by Masami Kurumada's Saint Seiya.
See, in that series there's a female villain called Shaina (Shiina much?) who has to either kill or love the man who sees her face under her mask (it's a rule that all female Saints have to wear masks). Her mask ends up breaking, and she falls in love with Seiya, the main protagonist. XD
