I don't know, I've been able to write while on mescaline just fine. The psychedelic rock band "The 13th Floor Elevators" seemed to handle writing, recording, and performing their music all while on stiff doses of psychedelics, they were one of few to be fair.

I know! There's lots of anime that not only makes you wonder if the directors and animators were on something, but also stuff that's best seen while at least toking up on some chronic!
Garden of Sinners (a.k.a. Kara no Kyoukai) For that matter, anything Kinoko Nasu has done is meant to be watched stoned.

The commentary for The Rocky Horror Picture Show says that Richard O'Brien and Patricia Quinn were stoned while filming the wedding scene. Does this belong here? I feel like there should be a trope for actors who were drunk or stoned when filming but can't find one
Should we make note of some of the trippier quickenings in the Highlander Series' later seasons?

I disagree with the sidekick entry slightly. The reason one of the characters sounds like a stoner (cough cough TREVOR) is because he's voiced by Christian Potenza, who's voice is actually very close to Trevor's. Seriously, go listen to audio of him as Jude from 6teen or Chris from Total Drama, or else something on his You Tube channel. THATS HOW HIS VOICE IS SUPPOSED TO SOUND!

"Needs A Better Name"? I disagree; when the trope is about crazy mindfuckery, the name of the trope shouldn't need to follow all those strict little rules

Having thought about this for a month, I've shifted my position slightly:
I now think that this should be added to Audience Reactions, which is a better justification for it breaking the "No lines of Dialogue" rule

These quotes appear to be one character thinking another stoned, not a creator being thought to be under the influence by fans.
