It was a comic by Kato Hayabusa. Wouldn't have a clue which one though, but it's NSFW as hell.

What is the trope? Some of the examples (including ones that I've added) are about eating disorders. Others are about characters struggling with weight. Which is it?

I suppose it's rather broad; it's basically for someone who has problems with their weight. For some people, this is an eating disorder, for others, usually when it's Played for Laughs, they just struggle with their weight because they're a Big Eater or are failing to avoid their Trademark Favourite Food. Maybe it'd be better to make a split? I'm not really sure.
