As I have put in my edit reason for removing the caption, there was no event (spelled as even in the edit comment - sorry for the typo) depicted in the page pic. It would have been funny if it were the shot of Lum losing her bikini top in the first episode, but a cast pic works better. And I don't think it really needs a caption - it illustrates the show nicely.

Is Urusei Yatsura the Ur-example of You Gotta Have Blue Hair? I can't find any earlier examples of it.
