Just about every dark cabaret singer rolls their r's at some point. I've heard the occasional hammy rolled "r" in the lyrics of Aurelio Voltaire, Emilie Autumn, Circus Contraption, Frenchy and the Punk, Humanwine, too many to name. It's cool.

And then the guy from The Tiger Lillies turns the trrrilling rrrs up to eleven when he sings live- he'd go and roll every "r"! Interestingly, he doesn't roll his r's on the studio versions.

I cut this example from the Literature folder:

• The Scottish demon in The Screwtape Letters rolls his r's.

I think it must be referring to an adaptation, not to the original book, but I don't know what medium to list it under.
