These entries have to be expanded according to How to Write an Example:

Some of those tropes are pretty self explanatory — I don't know how you can expand them.

I agree with andersonh1 regarding both Megatron not being a Villain Sue and the whole comic not being a Decompressed Comic — so I'd like others to stop the Fan Wank

Thanks. It just seems clear to me that while Megatron achieved a pretty resounding victory against the Autobots and various human militaries, he is in no way perfect or infallible, and he's not presented as such. He clearly fails to anticipate just who among his army will turn against him, he underestimates human tenacity and their ability to turn the Transformers own weapons against them, and he doesn't prepare for the possibility that the Autobots will escape from Cybertron and return to Earth.

Sure he enjoys his victory and gloats about it, but that alone doesn't make him a Villain Sue.

In fact the whole story revolves around the theme that one of Megatron's biggest failings was the failure to plan what he would do if he actually won the war. Starscream constantly accuses him of stalling for time, which he is in fact doing. How any reader can look at the Megatron of AHM and call him a Villain Sue is beyond me.

Unfortunately, I really couldn't intervene at first since I was the one that created the AHM entry in the first place — which could be seen as a bias, as such I have to stay away from the fray as much as possible.

As for Megatron, he did mention he was planning for the decepticon army to fall apart so he could rebuild it more to his liking — which was the reason he was stalling for time.

That's true. That plays into the whole idea that he had created this "win at all costs" monster in the form of the Decepticon army. That was fine during the war, but without a common enemy to focus aggression on, that army started to turn on itself and Megatron very quickly since the humans proved a poor substitute for the Autobots.
