Rahalimus
This was ages ago, back in the days of Sci-Fi's "Saturday Anime" thing, where they'd play an anime movie every Saturday morning. I caught the last few minutes of one, and have been trying to figure out what it was eversince. The main villain appeared to be a Master Computer, and the cast had fought their way into it's fortress and a couple of them had worked their way into it's hardware, swapping out several pieces with tampered ones and it repeatedly declares "IT CANNOT BE" (being the most memorable part, I've posted this here) as it begins to fail. The only other bits I remember is that their spaceship was designed like a Galleon, they were shocked to find that the mooks they had been fighting were intelligent individuals, and I'm almost certain its animations style was that of Leiji Matsumoto.
