I have been thinking of something: there is a belief that hope and fear are complete opposites. Could this mean that this trope's Evil Counterpart is the Terror Hero or am I mistaken?

Amended this line in the intro:
Although if this character is in a story that features super powers, the character knows normal people need some help, but when it comes to things within their abilities, the paragon intends to be an example for them to follow.
The sentence is a-run on and somewhat unclear. I hope my revised version is clearer.

Does Lelouch Vi Britannia (near the end of the series) count as this trope? With his sacrifice made in order to finish with the hatred.
Don't know how to add. It's fanon in pretty much every Worm fanfic that Legend is the Paragon of the triumvirate. To the point that Cauldron keep him in the dark about their shadier projects in order to protect his pure pureness.
