Huh.... anybody knows why is this page locked? I wanted to add another example to the Animaniacs section.
The singer of the "Anvilania" national anthem in the "King Yakko" short, to be specific. It's a Running Gag that every time he sings he makes everybody fall asleep. The Warners even weaponize this at the climax.
