I'm wondering if the Exorcist quote (under Literature) ought to be the quote at the top, since it's just about the trope namer.

Who says this can't overlap with I Have No Son!, if the transformation is voluntary? As a transhumanist, I sometimes worry about whether I'll ever provoke a reaction from my dad that fits both tropes.
