Is FATAL (that horrid gaming system) an aversion of this trope? I remember reading somewhere that it actually has rules about how much you can say in one round.

I think that Hajime No Ippo entry should be checked, as IIRC, boxers very rarely talk during the matches. They think quite much, though, which could count.

Regarding the following entry about Watchmen-

Also any scene where Rorschach's journal is read while the "camera" zooms in and out. This is made more obvious in the Motion Comic, which is made up of animated panels of the book, where the zoom-out is done rather slowly, even though barely half of the dialog in that scene is shown.

This seems completely wrong. It's not referring to talking and it's not referring to an action that has any obvious speed (how fast is a pull-out in sequential panels?). Any objections to removing it?
