Removed, because it basically describes any kind of audience interaction. Forcing yourself to riff on whatever comes out of another person's mouth is almost the opposite of falling back on cliché gags.
- (To someone in the front row) "Hey, what's your name?" (Makes fun of it, or the person's appearance, job, etc.)
