Is the english of this trope correct?

It's a quote from the infamously badly translated Zero Wing so it's not going to have correct grammar

The Voyager example - people have been "correcting" it by simply adding new lines, but I don't know what it should say because it's very unclear. Can someone who's seen the episode sort it out?
