Would Peter Watts' novel Starfish fit? It's a psychological story about a few people maintaining an isolated power station at the bottom of the ocean. I can't tell from the trope description if it's meant to cover ocean living in general or only the more populated and bustling settings.

So, would this trope apply to works that are set entirely underwater (like Bioshock), or would that be a separate trope?

People add theme parks to trope pages, right? Would the Jules Verne themed section of Tokyo Disney Sea count for this?
I made this Idolized Julius Kingsley icon back when Akito first came out, and now that the crossover is actually happening, I don't care.
