I was actually just about to ask if Eastern dragons counted. They're often portrayed as having moustaches or beards, but they're also more "spirit creature" than "reptilian".
This folklore example is problematic — it needs specifics. On the face of it it more more likely to be modern illustrations — and in any case it's a general comment rather than a specific example.
- It's common enough for dragons to be depicted with beards. (Though there are ways to justify this.)
