Should this page change its name to something like Fan Bonus or similiar to make it like Parental Bonus or Genius Bonus? After all I guess they're pretty similiar between themselves, no?

Redirects Are Free, renaming this doesn't have a good reason.

New reply since this is too ancient.

Well, to me the title as almost no sense, it seems to talk about a joke between Zeus and Apollo... If that's not a good reason... In fact "Mythology" is the study of myths: legends, religious beliefs, fables, etc. It has no real connection to the trope, that instead thrives on the concept of past. Mythology is not the same of ancient. The bigfoot too counts as a myth and it's stil going on.

Anyway Im not used to what redirect means or how to do one so if someone wants to do it...

Still, I dont think it's right to stick with a stupid title just because of being lazy. It's not that those "reasons" to change a title are the only ones and are absolute, in fact in this specific case they do not work at all. Being too conservative is bad as things are always changing.

I’d say no. Mythology Gag is very unimaginatively used when, as it says in the manual, something like Company Cross References is often (eg for references cross-media in tv versions of comic books) more specific instead.

(Actually, who needs love when one has music?...)

Should Sonic Generations have its own subpage? I know it doesn't have any examples yet (will change that with the chili dog example), but it's a game dedicated to Sonic's history, I've seen quite a few and there are probably many more.

This signature is empty. Nothing to see here.

Does this trope also apply when the reference is to the creator's previous work, even if said work is completely unrelated?
