Ali still makes periodic appearances in public, but Parkinson's disease has ravaged his body and repeated head trauma has ravaged his mind. He is no longer the eloquent, witty speaker he once was, and is largely restricted to a wheelchair. Is there any basis to this claim about his state of mind? He can't speak well because he has Parkinson's Disease, which affects your control of the muscles of your mouth and vocal chords the same way as those of your arms and legs.
