I own the manga series & I just want to point out that, in English, their names are spelled Hale & Goo right in the manga. It's also suggested that Bel is a crossdresser; Bel always hides her neck so you can't see the Addam's Apple & is the tallest & broadest shouldered of the men she hangs around, also being less than flat chested. In book 6, there is a chapter cover where all the men & Bel are werarign tuxidos (it it looks normal on her) & the women are wearing evening dresses.
