Oddly enough, many people who win the lottery don't seem to end up very happy... so this troper's main "If I won the lottery" plan is to give away everything she doesn't spend on paying off college loans, probably by funding a charity for a month. Why? Simple math: Once you get past a certain point, more money can't make you more happy, and that amount is way less than you'd get from the lottery. So, to maximize the potential happiness created by winning the lottery, spreading the money around is the optimal strategy! (Yes, I am a math nerd...)
