Maybe this should be expanded to or made a Sub-Trope of a Nicknaming Your Body Parts trope?

Not sure the Miles Gloriosus example counts, since it's named only by other characters. Miles himself isn't referring to his penis by that name.

Removed the example:

  • Older Than Feudalism: In Plautus' Miles Gloriosus, the braggart soldier character likes to call himself the "little son of Venus" because of his claim to be the gods' gift to women. At the end of the play, people tricking him into thinking they're going to castrate him for trying to seduce a married woman, and in an Ironic Echo, refer to his penis as the "little son of Venus".

Why doesn't this trope have an image?
