Vincent Price's character in Edward Scissorhands has one. Now he's dead, so it might double as a Funny Aneurysm Moment.

But Vincent Price died of lung cancer. It'd be more of "Funny Aneurysm" Moment, if he died of a heart attack. Everyone dies sooner or later.

The grabbing the arm is listed as sign in the first paragraph of being fake. But I know that both the actor who played Johnathon Kent in Superman The Movie and Paul Johanson for Dan's heart attack in the first season finale of One Tree Hill based that on their actual research of heart attacks.
