In what way are Gelflings hobbitlike? Pod people sure but to me they're very much elves, possibly fairies due to the females wings but I don't see them as being at all hobbitlike.

Fixed a mess of spelling and grammatical errors in the Tolkien example, deleted the Harry Potter entry (Hogwarts students are hobbits? Give me a break), and moved the entry on Order of the Stick from a sub-entry of roleplaying games to its own entry under Webcomics, where it belonged.

Cite evidence please? Admittedly there characteristics might be loosely based on traditional gnomes or similar creatures but the term Hobbit AFAIK originated with Tolkien

The Bagginses are (upper) middle class, and the Tooks and Brandybucks are quasi-aristocratic, but the majority of hobbits are surely working class.
