I think this is just called a "hero shot" in the biz; not sure why TV Tropes had to find a way to put Hitler in there.

Surely "Kane Cam" (as in Citizen Kane) is a better title for the trope? Alliterative, etc.

I agree. Hitler is far too evil to have this trope named after him.
