What's the name of the shiney tunnel in Los Angeles that almost always shows up in a L.A. car chase? Seen in "To Live and Die in L.A.", "The Hidden", and "Independance Day".

There seems to be a variant of this trope somewhere between here and Recycled Set where a production uses a set from another show. Examples include Der Waffle House showing up as the home of the ascended Ancients in Stargate SG 1, and Matt, Mohinder, and Peter hiding out in Earl's motel in Heroes.
