With that Ultraman Tiga example, one of his attacks is not a blast shooting form within his hand, but rather, he summons a fireball, but instead of throwing it, it turns into a beam of fire. It still launches from his hand, though. I'm not really sure if something counts if it's a beam that launched from the hand but isn't shot from within the hand. But, somebody on Ask The Tropers said I should just add it, as Tropes Are Flexible.
