What about the dark fairy (Maleficent in the Disney adaptation) from Sleeping Beauty? She gave a newborn baby the death penalty just for not getting invited to her christening!
Don't have a suitable edit - and an edit may not be justified in this instance for this trope anyway - but the DLC for Spookys Jump Scare Mansion has somewhat shaded things from what's currently listed. On the one hand, by showing more of the circumstances of her death and hinting at the variety of things going wrong at the same time to produce her Spooky's response starts to look less disproportionate. There's apparently stuff in the world which rates what she's trying to do, and she's run into some of it. At the same time, it's made clear Spooky isn't just an Unreliable Narrator/Mission Control for the fun of it - she's been working on this for a long time, lost track of some of her memories and motivations along the way, and the information in the game and its endings no longer looks like the whole story.
Would this quiz come under this trope?

If it jokingly says killing bugs and spitting in drinks is evil?
This page is full of rage and spin. It buys into Evil Is Cool completely and totally misses the serious point of the trope in its rush to defend Draco in Leather Pants. I'll try to fix it if nobody objects but its going to need a total hackjob.
Defined as major villains doing minor acts of wrongdoing per TRS:
