For some reason, I'm thinking that Epic Fail committed with an Epic Flail = What The Fu Are You Doing. The only question remaining is whether the reference to that trope should replace the following clause or go after it: "unless you've somehow smacked yourself in the head with it and/or gotten the pointy bits embedded in your face."
